ไม่สมราคา นอน3คืน คืนแรก แม่บ้านผ้าปูผ้าห่มหมอน ไม่เปลี่ยนให้ ผ้าขนหนูผืนเก่าก็ไม่เก็บ คืน2แก้วไวน์ไม่ทำความสะอาดแล้วเอาวางที่เดิมให้ใช้ต่อแย่มาก! นอน3คืน 17,000 แต่การดูแลภายในแย่มาก ไหนจะค่าประกันห้อง 6,000 บาท ไม่แจ้งก่อนเข้าไปอีก ประกันห้องอะไรจะมากขนาดนั้นเพิ่งเคยเจอ! โดยรวมคือไม่ไปอีก สระว่ายน้ำเหมือนจะใหญ่แต่ไปแทบไม่ได้นอนริมสระเลย มีแต่คนเล่น สระเล่นน้ำกันยิ่งกว่าสวนน้ำ ใครอยากลองไปลองเองเลย

We wasted one hour with broken balcony door fixing. We had to request to change the room on our own since we couldn't waste more time with no- hope fixing where we believe your mechanics should know it could not be fixed and they should have prepared us a new room rather than keep us waiting. To make things worse, your staffs at reception rang us three times with the same question about the bed type we need!! They comfort us by verbal complimentary fruit and whatsoever where we didn't get anything until we ask for after an hour passed! The new room you gave us was not fully functioned anyway as we still found plug at the desk was unserviceable. Last but not least your staffs at Big Fish restaurant some of them couldn't smile e.g the girl at the noodles stall or another girl that forgot our food request with no apologies. All of these makes our stay at your hotel is an unforgettable. We never feel like this with other high end accommodations we chose before, we asked each other several times did we pay for 5 star hotel? We are sure this would be our last time being your guests! Good bye Marriott you are no longer my favorites!!

The hotel is too noisy and crowded. Not suite for people who want privacy. The room was requested for an extra bed but the amenities are not enough for 3 persons. No sandals for wandering around the hotel, where is always wet because swimming pools surrounding.
