I think this is a great hotel. Its location is inside Changi Airport, so we didn't need to go through immigration when we arrived at the airport late at night and had to continue our flight the next morning. Additionally, the cleanliness, facilities, and comfort were also very good. Breakfast is available at any time with a decent variety. There is just one thing that I found a bit lacking, although it can't be considered a downside, and that is the slightly expensive price.

The hotel was very easy to find. Check-in was easy and the room spotless with a bathroom with shower also spotless. I rate the stay a 10 out of 10 and so glad I booked a place to rest and shower during my 8 hour layover in Singapore airport. I highly recommend - this was far better than trying to sleep in a chair in the airport before my 14 hour flight to Seattle.

The Ambassador Hotel is more suitable for people who do transit with a connecting flight, because the hotel is located in T2 inside the Terminal building. However, for those who are transiting without a connecting flight might find it a little bit complicated because they need to exit the immigration and claim their luggages. And then to re-enter the Terminal building, they need to do the airline check in, followed by the immigration check, and then can access the hotel in the terminal building. However, overall stay was good, the hotel room is clean, staffs are kind, breakfast also has some varieties. If you have limited transit time, you can also pay per use the lounge which provides drinks and snacks, and also a very quiet place to have a short sleep.

For some reason, its just too exspensive for that room. Its old room, cleanliness is 7 from 10, for that condition its too pricey for us.
