隔壁房间的浴室噪音很大。幸好酒店提供免费机场班车，否则我不会选择住在这里。

由于没有无烟房，我住进了吸烟房，但烟味真的很重💦。不过，我很感激浴室，虽然它很小，最多只能容纳5个人。当时有人站在洗手间外等候。

酒店提供往返机场的班车服务。酒店非常宽敞，入住体验很棒。

酒店员工友好礼貌，办理入住手续简便，酒店附近就有一家便利店（全家）。

Very relaxing hotel with hot spring facilities.

All are good, there is a family mart opposite of hotel and you may get what you required if you reached at late night.

I got room at Annex Wing and it was conducive. Free shuttle from hotel to New Chitose Airport also provided. It will be better if they have free shuttle from Chitose Station to the hotel too.

ดีทุกอย่าง เว้นแต่ว่าคืนที่เข้าพักห้องโซนที่ไม่สูบบุหรี่เต็มเลยได้เป็นโซนห้องสูบบุหรี่ แล้วกลิ่นมันคละคลุ้งไปทั่วทั้งห้องรวมถึงผ้าห่มด้วย แต่อาจเป็นเพราะเรามาเช็คอินดึกแล้วไม่ได้แจ้งเค้าไว้ก่อนว่าไม่สูบบุหรี่ อันนี้เป็นความผิดเราเอง มีรถบัสรับส่งที่สนามบิน ใช้เวลาประมาณ 20 นาที มีกาแฟบริการชั้นล่าง 6 โมงเช้าถึงเที่ยงคืน เก้าอี้นวดดี ในห้องไม่มีน้ำเปล่าให้แต่ด้านนอกมีตู้กดน้ำ

Cukup menarik dan bersih, dekat dengan bandara

A basic vintage hotel with basic amenities. If your purpose is only to transit before/after your flight and not going anywhere during your stay, this is definitely the hotel with lower rate compare to others. The best thing of this hotel is the free transfer to New Chitose Airport with shuttle bus/van. They also provides free tea/coffee at night, WiFi (only for emails, not recommended for social media/browsing). Microwave is available too at 1st floor, just in case you need to reheat your dine-out meal.
