Wonderful

We came during a heatwave, and many properties in Switzerland do not have air conditioning. This place did, and it was a godsend. It had 2 great bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, and a loft bed, which my son used, but because of the slanted ceiling - I don't think 2 can really sleep in the bed. But it is serviceable. The living room had a pull out couch which is where my daughter slept. There is also a half-bath on the main floor. The kitchen is nice, though we did not use it. But it appeared to have all the amenities. My one complaint is that the lockbox (safe to store valuables) was not operational. I prefer to lock away my passport because I don't want to leave it unattended, so I carried it with me (which is also something that I don't like to do in a foreign country). But that was my only gripe. The apartment does span several floors, with the 2 bedrooms on the bottom 2 floors, so there are a lot of steps. It is fine, but if you are older - it might not be what you want. It is in a good location in the old town. Zurich is very walkable, and we came here from the train station with our carryon luggage. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. And there are many little streets with interesting store and shops.

Do yourself and stay with James at this wonderful spot! As if the place itself wasn’t amazing enough, the pictures don’t even do it justice, the cleanliness, attentiveness and help were great!

The location is definitely the best part. You are right next to niederdorfstrasse, Bellevue, universities, lake and limat river are visible. The check in is super easy as is check out. The beds are super comfy too! The place is also write modern and has lots of sleeping space with two private bathrooms. The one downside is that since it's so central on weekend nights there's a bit of street noise outside. Overall a great spot that is highly recommend for anyone visiting Zurich if you can snag it!

We had a little glitch checking in but the property manager was there in a flash. Apartment is easy to get to from the main station, plaza and cafe right out the front windows and a view of the lake. Lots to walk to from there, including a grocery two blocks away.

excellent location at the heart of Zurich!! close to all the main attraction and right by the river.

The apartment was lovely and the location was perfect. We were able to make many meals in their well equipped kitchen.
