服務人員超棒!

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because the room and cleanliness were top-notch. However, the hot water supply was a major disappointment. There was no hot water at 9 PM or 7 AM. The management was friendly and explained it was due to the high occupancy, but they couldn't fix it during my stay. It seems the water heating system cannot keep up when the hotel is full. If they can upgrade the water capacity, this would easily be a perfect 10/10 stay.

I will say the room is ok but considering the price that is pretty good.

Very big room, friendly staff at reception providing us plenty tips of seeing aurora. Breakfast was really good and full.

Big room with pretty small bathroom. There is no reception at night. Breakfast quality wasn’t great, and we only had yogurt. The hotel is in a quiet and darker area of the town 10 min walk from the centre. Best located to see northern light (you can literally see them from the area near the hotel), but you need to walk to the centre for food.

Skulle gjærne vært flere valg på frokosten som kokt egg og eplejuice. Ellers større søppelboks mtp ingen rengjøring mellom dagene. Bra seng og Rent rom. Skulle også vært mulighet for kjøp av drikke/alkohol på kveldstid i fellesareal. Behjelpelig personal 😊

Ontbijt was triestig, veel zaken waren op en werden niet of na lang wachten aangevuld. Ramen van de kamer kon je niet openen owv de visgeur die buiten hing. Hoek van de kamer naast het bed was smerig. Hotel was wel goed gelegen, vlakbij restaurants en het water. Aanwezigheid van parking was een pluspunt.

it is a bit outside of the center, but for a small city, this is just 5min away. breakfast is ok, not a large selection, but good enough. rooms are ok

Excelente ubicación. Todo está cerca, caminando todo está a menos de 10 minutos. El personal amabable, limpieza excelente. Lo mejor es que incluye desayuno, el cual está muy bien, y puedes tomar café o té durante todo el día gratis en el lobby.

Kätevä sisäänkirjaus ja kulku koodeilla, hyvä parkkipaikka. Monipuolinen aamiainen.

Flott sted å bo, sentralt. Store fine rom og bad, i tillegg er egen veranda et stort pluss. Gratis parkering. Enkelt å sjekke inn og ut. Frokosten var helt grei, kunne ha vært litt bedre. Blir nok å bo der neste gang vi er i området.
