The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. I especially enjoyed my balcony.

The common areas and room was nicr but the restarant is very limited. No breakfast!

We had a great stay. Beds were comfy. Hotel is older but clean, very cozy.

Everything about our stay was just excellent. The bed was supper comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean. Each day our room was tidied and clean linens were supplied.

First of all the building is beautiful, it feels like you are walking into a grand palace. Our room was beautifully clean and comfortable. The staff were very professional and courteous.

While I enjoyed my stays and it is my 2nd stay at Christmas with the hotel. I am disappointed that the kitchen closes down during Christmas especially for breakfast. I had took cab to recommended breakfast restaurant but found it closed for Christmas as well. I did not find it located to many walkable amenities. That said because it is near family I would always choose this hotel

The property is very clean . The staff were polite and considerate . Our original room was above a ballroom . The front desk moved us to a quieter area when we checked in

Booked there because it has a restaurant ans good price. They book our private events which left no room for me
