Excellent stay. This is my go to hotel in Nanaimo

The Hotel in general is very clean, Friendly. efficient check-in and check-out. And Honest! The rooms were a bit on the warm side but I will figure out how to lower the temperature when I return next week. Thank you for your Hospitality

The property is excellent. It is clean and comfortable and convenient to find.

Older property but in pretty good shape for the age. Staff friendly and efficient.

So nice! Very clean and even our dogs seemed to relax in a new and unexpected environment. It had a nice little kitchenette and a very spacious king bedroom. Staff were always happy to accommodate our needs. Not our first week long stay. Wonderful!

I stay regularly at this hotel. Feel safe as a woman traveling alone for work. Nice restaurant at the hotel which is convenient at the end of a busy day. Personable friendly staff.

It was quiet which was good for sleeping. It's slightly dated but over all was a good stay.

Love the elegance and old world glam that this hotel has. You walk in and are transported back in time. The lovely desk clerk was such a helpful, welcoming addition to the vibe. When we come to Nanaimo I try and book here because of the staff and the rooms.

Very interesting hotel, like the name "Grand" would suggest. Nicer area than most in Nanaimo also!
