部分設施(浴池/戶外風呂/餐廳)在不同棟建築, 動線容易弄混; 另晚餐是buffet形式, 可加價點其他菜, 加點的海鮮新鮮度很普通且餐廳的基本服務也普普!! 其他部分如環境和餐廳以外的服務人員都ok!!

雖有電梯，仍要搬行李走幾趟樓梯，十分不便！泊車取車要乘接駁車，十分不便！但社區很有特色，遇上舞火龍和放煙花，值得一遊！晚餐亦不錯！房間舒適闊落。

We have 2 adults, and 2 kids. When I made the reservation, it said that we could have 5 people in the room. But when I checked out, the front desk said that I had to pay 14000JPY more for my 2 children. I don't know why, but i hurried to another place so I just paid. It was a very terrible experience. I don't know if this is a problem of Hotels.com or of the hotel.

4 of us stayed for one night, the room is spacious and clean. Buffet dinner & breakfast are excellent. No shower in the room, you need to go to the onsen area. Traditional Japanese Ryokan with karaoke rooms, table tennis, massage chairs and also manga area, very nice place to stay. Strongly recommended!

酒店的范围很广，不过升降机只有两部。而且两部都是通往不同的楼层，如有大的行旅箱就要扛着上楼梯，非常不便，要注意。

下呂，草津與有馬溫泉並列日本三大溫泉。對於喜歡溫泉的旅遊者，下呂確實是個好去處。此飯店有本館與別館區分，有旅費預算的旅客，可考慮入住別館。

The room is so large to live like home. The hot spring is excellent and the surroundings is clear. There are some entertainment to relax. The dinner buffet is amazing. The hotel is more like local (which means many Japanese also choose here to live)

真的很優，到時已經快八點了，前台問是否要先晚餐在check in，缺點是路線不好，要換電梯，要手提行李爬樓梯，其他還不錯，如果露天溫泉能在室內溫泉外更好，不然，去露天溫泉光走出去就一大挑戰

飯店人員親切有禮，環境整潔，晚餐午餐很豐盛，雖不是大魚大肉，但在地料理都可以吃到！推薦給喜愛融入當地生活的旅客！行李太重太多者要注意，停車場至櫃檯沒有電梯，要自己扛上去唷！

廁所沒有 去水 渠口， 可能不能清洗， 所以 一陣尿味 。入房時， 行很長 很多級的樓梯 。有按摩椅 ，但沒有全開放 。按摩床，但不能隨便使用 。因有人看管 。看管人不在時 ，就放牌 •調理中•露天溫泉，要行很遠，很靜 !感覺不安全，不敢使用!

前台人手不足,等了很久才有人處理,晚餐食物選擇不多,味道一般,早餐較好.房間及溫泉舒適.相對價錢,不能要求太高.

房間整潔乾浄,職員友善,露天風吕在5樓,。環境亦很理想。剛好就在我房傍边。唯一缺点,是要走上樓梯先到接待處。帶大件行李的旅客較為辛苦。可穿旅館提供的簡單和服在街上拍照,。

早晚的自助餐非常好. 溫泉淋浴設施比較舊, 整體溫泉還過得去.

Room is spacious. The buffet start too early 5:30pm and just 1.5 hrs and many people to join. Not enough time to enjoy the food.

第一次入住下呂湯快彩朝別館, 抱著試試看的心情住了 2 晚. 在行程結束要離開時, 覺得應該再多住幾晚才過癮. 也相信自己很快會再來下呂. 當然還是會入住湯快彩朝. 經濟又實惠.

受付はとても親切でした。駐車が、他の場所に移動のため大変かもしれません。

Grand hôtel sur plusieurs niveaux, qui se rejoignent par des escaliers-ascenseur, un parking accessible, une grande chambre, un grand buffet du petit dej au dîner, de superbes onsen. Je regrette la vue de la fenêtre sur une palissade à 2m et l’alternance des chambres fumeurs non fumeurs car une odeur était dans le couloir quelques fois.

The ryokan has excellent breakfast and dinner buffets, ping pong, billiards, karaoke, game room, manga library, massage chairs, and of course indoor and outdoor onsens.
