我预订了两晚，但由于两以战争导致航班延误，我只能在第二天入住。然而，第二天入住时，我却因为没有通知酒店我迟到而被拒绝入住。我并不介意第一天预订的那间。

Nice room, pleasure stay, and the service is good. When check in, the process is smooth.

Lokasi sangat strategis dengan kendaraan bus ke lafayet, song salise, eifel tower sangat mudah bisa naik bus 95 atau naik Metro secara keseluruhan Ok. Kelurangannya hanya kamar agak terlalu kecil.

The staff are friendly except one who retrieve our arrival. The food was okay for breakfast. The room is quite okay, match the price. The lobby was dirty and not tidy.

Clean. But far from the shuttle bus.

Check-in dengan susah payah karena sempat tidak diakui voucher aplikasi online. Akhirnya setelah sekian jam berdebat baru ketemu titik cerah. Coba aplikasi online memberikan fasilitas CS yang mudah ketika pesanan di luar negeri, biar konsumen tidak luntang-lantung.
