Hotel staff asked to pay breakfast & add additional charge...eve on my booking issuance shown that breakfast is included. I got breakfast free after complain to agent then hotel staff return my money. No room heater so I feel cold inside hotel room. No tooth paste&tooth brush, no cupboard, no boiler water.... breakfast is very limited menu and same on every morning. The positif thing are the room clean, internet wifi is good and location close with tram station no 4 & close with the vendor workshop which I have to inspected.
