Staff hotel sangat ramah. Hanya saat check in agak lama karena awalnya disebutkan bahwa belum ada pembayaran. Setelah kami tunjukkan bukti pembayaran, lalu dicek ulang ternyata pembayaran ada, tapi karena ada selisih kurang sedikit sehingga awalnya tidak ditemukan pembayaran itu. Akhirnya kami bayar cash selisihnya yang hanya 1 CHF atau Rp 18.000. Dan kami boleh check in lebih awal dari waktu check in yang seharusnya jam 15 tanpa dikenakan charge. Lokasi dekat dengan pusat rekreasi dan sangat dekat/bersebelahan dengan supermarket Denner.

Hotel room is very small for 3 adults. Little space for luggage and movements. It has separate tiny toilet and shower cubicle which barely fit in one pax at a time. However, bed is comfy. There 's free hot water dispenser provided at hotel lobby, convenient and easy to access. Next to hotel is a mini-mart and a few restaurants. Just a couple of minutes to travel to main train station too. Overall we have good stay at the hotel.

The place is clean and we received free bus ticket from the hotel.

Nice place, room quite big but bathroom a bit small, but the bed was comfortable.

You can't expect much for hotel at this rate. The breakfast was vary, the kitchen staff is very helpful but the check in staff is a bit unfriendly.

The space very narrow and the food very bad

it was nice to stay in Ibis Budget Luzern, the room was not too spacious for the 4 of us, but still okay not too narrow. the room was clean, they separated between bath room and toilet, both clean. the Front desk service was really nice they gave us free bus tickets while we were staying there. but.. they don't have a sharing kitchen there in Ibis Budget, that's the only missing part in the hotel. but overall it was really good staying there.. 😁👍👍

Everything is alright. But the room is little bit of dusty.

Kamar kecil hanya muat 2 orang, namun harga bersahabat. Breakfast 12 Euro cukup pas-pasan dan termasuk murah, namun memang hanya disediakan croissant, kopi, salami dan cheese. Tidak banyak options. Reception cukup bersahabat dan menawarkan laundry dengan 15 Euro sudah termasuk dryer, cocok untuk traveler yg berpergian lama dan tidak banyak membawa banyak pakaian. So far, good value for money. But dont expect 5 star hotel service. Lokasi cukup jauh dari Lucerne station apabila harus berjalan kaki. Tapi diberikan free Swiss travel pass, lokasi bus stop pas di depan hotel.

Staf ramah terutama yang bernama mohamed. Lebih lancar menjawab mengenai apa saja dan dapat jawanan memuaskan. Easy check-in and check-out hotel. Kami bisa menitipkan barang-barang waktu check-out pagi hari gratis. Sehingga kami masih bisa meneruskan perjalanan ke seputaran lusern sekitarnya tanpa harus mendorong-dorong koper besar. Lokasi cukup dekat dengan stasiun kereta lusern cukup jalan kaki atau naik bis no. 4 dari stasiun kereta luzern.
