交通方便在biaxa-chiado站旁、附近是購物餐廳區，晚上也很安全，附廚房、有公共洗烘衣機，房間安靜很推薦

辦理入住處就在2樓。有電梯丶小廚房，廚具一應俱全，出入用電子密碼，位置就在地鐵站上，去升降機或巴西人咖啡都很方便。

地點很方便，離著名景點都很近，地鐵走路兩分鐘。就是打掃的時候好像比較粗心，比如說收了毛巾沒有給新的，換了垃圾筒的垃圾，但沒鋪新的垃圾袋進去。

交通很便利，距離地鐵站很近，離其他景點也不遠。房間舒適乾淨，浴室的掛鉤都很高，對於身材嬌小的人很不方便。雖然偶爾樓上會有腳步聲，每天有專人來打掃，只是櫃檯人員並不是一直都在，建議先聯絡好，以免向隅。

The hotel is closed to the metro and the room is comfortable. Also the receptionist is very nice and helped us to call our hotel in Porto as we would arrive late over there.

Everything is exactly the same as the pictures and descriptions. The staff are really nice and they replied your messages in a prompt manner.Also Love the coffee machine and the small dinning table near the balcony.

A very good hotel with very good and caring management. Can also do free laundry in the facility. Fully equipped hotel and nicely designed. The only improvement I would say is to have a small rack in the shower for the soap/shampoo instead of putting them on the floor of the shower stall and has to reach to the floor for the shampoo/soap

公寓地點好，離地鉄很近，不管去哪裡都很方便。雖然説明上是寫沒有櫃台，但是實際是有的，在同一地址的2F

The room was well appointed and very clean. The hostess was very helpful! We didn’t get in until midnight due to a late flight and she was able to give us a room that had a keypad entry. The area is exceptional with lots of sights, shopping and eating options.

Only issue was the sink did not drain at the beginning but better at end. The location was perfect

Beautiful room in a great location, easily accessible to the Castle and ferries and main downtown area. Loved the room accept the AC didn’t get down to what it was set at and the bathroom could use a shelf in the shower and by the sink where there is plenty of room to add storage. Also outside was a little loud on the weekend and I had to close the window to help keep the noise out which made the room a little warmer on a June night since the AC doesn’t get cold but probably normal for Europe. Would def recommend.

Beautiful big apartment within a few minutes walking distance to many many restaurants, sights and all the sightseeing spots. A few minutes from the cruise terminal. Extremely well located and appointed. One of the rare places in historic Lisbon where you have two queen beds in the bedroom.

Natalie was an excellent in communicating check in information with me. Room was very nice and clean. Central location to sights and very close metro. My family and i enjoyed our stay very much.

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Chiado Dream Apartments. It was centrally located and we could walk everywhere easily. The room was spacious with two queen beds and we even had a small balcony. It was also nice to have a small kitchenette complete with a coffee machine, mini refrigerator, and small stovetop. There were plates, cups, and utensils available to use. They had a single washing machine and dryer on the third floor, which we were able to use throughout our 6 night stay. It was free to use and they even provided laundry pods. The elevator was a big plus, especially with our luggages. The staff were incredibly welcoming and were easy to contact. It was very nice to go back to a made up room after a long day of walking and sightseeing. Overall, we would stay here again if we are ever back in Lisbon.
