The staff were welcoming and very helpful in all kinds of ways. The room was clean and well serviced and the dining staff did a good job.

We upgraded our room from Deluxe room $5/ night after negotiate. Breakfast decent. Room clean and comfy however there are few problem but fix immediately. Location good, 10mnts to everywhere unless to Aeon II half an hour by Tuk Tuk.

Check-innya lama sekali. Sudah bayar dari payslater masih saja sulit untuk check-in, mereka bilang tidak ada datanya

Butuh waktu lama untuk melakukan check-in.

Sangat mengecewakan, kamar yang lama siap padahal saya jam 5 sore baru sampai hotel, kamar tidak sesuai pesanan, parfum yang kita tinggalkan di meja kamar bisa hilang. Pokoknya keceewa.
