这是我们不到六个月内第二次入住这里。这次我们全家入住了不同的房型。在曼加拉酒店住宿总是一次格外愉快的体验，尤其因为工作人员热情好客。这次我们得到了扎法尔酒店的悉心照料，从踏入度假村的那一刻起，工作人员就竭尽全力地呵护我们，让我们感到自己很重要。这次入住的一个小小遗憾是自助早餐；我们觉得它的质量不如点菜早餐。房间空调也有点小问题，无论我们怎么调都调不合适。尽管如此，我们一家人已经在计划下次入住了。

工作人员热情周到的款待，尤其是扎法尔，让我们的入住体验格外特别，他的友善令人难忘。餐饮团队的服务无可挑剔，彬彬有礼，严格遵守标准操作程序，确保了愉悦精致的用餐体验。我们也非常享受骑行活动，宽敞的环境和优美的环境让骑行既轻松又有趣，丝毫没有单调乏味的感觉。总而言之，这是一次真正难忘的体验，融合了优质的服务、愉快的活动和优美的环境。

酒店内的餐厅价格确实五星级，但质量、口味和种类绝对算不上——最多也就三星到四星。包含的自助早餐品质不达国际标准，我们住了两天之后就不太喜欢了。员工的友好度值得称赞。如果房间列表能清楚地说明是否有相邻的别墅，可能会有所帮助，因为大多数人都希望住在这样的别墅里享受私密的度假时光。私人泳池很棒，但实际上并不能提供真正的私密性，因为外面的人仍然可以透过成排的植物瞥见泳池内部，或许可以用高高的树篱来代替。

马来西亚的私人泳池酒店如雨后春笋般涌现。曼加拉度假村的独特之处在于其服务水平。服务或许是马来西亚酒店业最容易被忽视的方面。我住过一些所谓的“品牌”酒店，员工的机械式工作方式让我感到失望。曼加拉度假村的员工训练有素，竭尽全力让客人感受到个性化服务。我的预订出现了一些问题，但在我解释了选择该房型的原因后，前台的Fyda出色地解决了问题。 我自认为是个挑剔的客人，窗帘挂错、角落里的灰尘等小事都会让我感到困扰，但我对在曼加拉庄园精品度假村的住宿体验非常满意。 不仅仅是度假村优美的氛围和优质的食物，单是服务本身就足以让我流连忘返。希望很快能再次光临！

Suasana tenang & nyaman. Kami stay di amani villa. Ada private pool. Bilik bersih dan lengkap segala kemudahan. Cuma tv channel x brapa memuaskan. Staf ramah dan banyak membantu. Akan kembali lagi. Terbaik.

在出行当天最后一刻预订的。酒店满足了我的所有要求。在这里度过了非常愉快的三天，以后还会再来的！早餐选择不多，但他们更注重质量而不是数量。服务很棒，我很享受这次住宿！

amazing manager pierre! she went extra miles to make me happy on my birthday! the aircond leaked and flooded in my villa and she made sure she made everything memorable. her personality and action is really commedable!

The place is excellent. Love the morning breeze and the quiet surroundings. bunch of activities for kids. However the place is only for those who is 1 with nature. We have no complaints of the insects and lizards. It's our 3rd time staying here.

Excellent customer service, they just hired a new chef and the food there had great improvements. Room is top notch.

The room is the best. With the private pool and all. The tranquillity 5 star. Very good for private and romantic get away the staffs are very friendly and informative but the breakfast part is disappointing. They should have buffet for breakfast regardless of how many occupants..need to wait more than 30 minutes for food after we order

While the rooms and facilities are perfect, what could have been a getaway to heaven, turned sour cause they charged on my room something I didn't order and taking them too long to admit to their mistake. Still waiting though. They only contacted me via email and waited for me, to call them. It was very upsetting and I felt cheated. They even reprinted a whole new fake receipt! They can't provide me with a receipt that was signed by me. Dear mangala resort, whenever you guys are ready for that apology, I am here. U could learn a thing or 2 on customer service from hard rock hotels. So so sad since we really love the resort, even extended our stay another night and upgraded ourselves to the room with private pool and also already planning to return next month.

Everything was perfect at Mangala Resort & Villa for our honeymoon stay. We stay at Vana Villa and the room was so nice and lovely. The resort team has arrange the necessary amenities for your special occasion. We also had spa service at the spa. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Mangala Resort & Spa especially all the staffs.

Such a lovely hotel. Me and my husband stay there for just one night but we will coming back to this hotel. The private pool is the best thing ever. We have such a nice time there. The staff also are very friendly and always smiling and greeting us.
