Good location for overnight for those who plan to climb mount kinabalu. Room simple with basic fascilities. Friendly staff provides standing fan upon request. However, the water pressure is low.

Accommodation ok untuk ke tempat penginapan, jalan terlalu curam untuk turun. Tapi tempat memang best.

Layanan staff baik, peramah. Tempat yang cantik, relax cuma air dalam toilet perlahan. Boleh suggest kepada yang lain untuk tinggal di J residence

Lokasi hotel kalau kereta biasa memang susah nak naik sebab jauh ke bawah. Line wifi disediakan tetapi amat slow YouTube loading, siaran TV memang tiada. Tempat makan didalam hotel tiada, sedih mujur ada magi penyelamat semalam.

Tempat yang menarik n selesa cuma kalau boleh bila customer booking lebih dari 1 bilik kasilah bilik yang sebelah menyebelah senang sikit.

The experience was great. Really worth the price I paid for👍🏻. My only concern was the shower water pressure was too slow. Hope the hotel management will take notice about this.

My 1st time was 26.08.18-28.08.18 & I still booked the same place for my second time on 01.04.19-03.04.19. 'If a person like a place more than once, it means that place is amazing'. 😙

I have booking 3 room at once , but they not giving join room for me. Separate my 3 room at a different position. All the room no provide any fan and hairdryer.

Booking 2 bilik deket-deket untuk 2 malam. Tapi dapat 1 atas sekali tinggi kat bukit, sakit kaki nak naik turun. 1 lagi bawah, jauh-jauh. Malam pertama, elektrik tak de sampai ke pagi.

Very recommended but there was a big problem for Muslim. Ada anjing yang jaga J Residence dan menyukarkan muslim untuk berurusan di kaunter, juga menakutkan kami kerana mengejar kami sehingga ke kereta dan juga bilik.

Bilik besar, toilet bersih, puas hati sangat.
