晚餐很棒

We had the most fantastic stay at Hotel Scoiattolo. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt genuinely welcome. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay special. Everywhere you go, you are met with smiles, kindness, and a sincere sense of hospitality. We were travelling with our dog, who was welcomed with just as much warmth as we were. It was clear from day one that dogs are not simply accepted here—they are genuinely loved. The breakfast buffet is almost impossible to describe. Every morning felt like a feast of Italian specialties, freshly baked bread, cakes, pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, fruit, and countless other delicious options. Whatever your taste, you will find something to enjoy. The food deserves special recognition. Every meal was outstanding and clearly prepared with passion, care, and high-quality ingredients. Each evening offers a new menu with an aperitif, a choice of starters, main courses, and desserts. Choosing was often the hardest part because everything sounded delicious. Portions are generous, and you certainly won’t leave the table hungry. In fact, you may want to bring trousers one size larger than usual, because the food is so good you’ll feel guilty leaving anything behind! 😅 This will definitely not be our last visit to Hotel Scoiattolo. We are already looking forward to returning. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.

This was unfortunately one of the worst hotel stay I’ve experienced so far. The only positive was Lamiaa, who was incredibly kind and accommodating — she waited for us even after check-in had closed because we had mistakenly gone to another hotel with the same name (Scoiattolo), which caused us to detour for over an hour. She was genuinely friendly, and we appreciated that the hotel also allowed us to park our car freely. The surroundings outside the hotel offer fairly nice mountain views as well. However, the hotel itself was extremely disappointing. The design felt very dated and poorly put together, giving off a make-shift and somewhat eerie atmosphere. There were no basic amenities provided — no cups, spoons, coffee, or tea. The toilet was super old and uncomfortable, with improvised furniture used to hang towels, worn-out mirrors, and plastic-wrapped mouthwash cups that appeared to have been sitting there for a long time and had become sticky. The corridors felt empty, as if no one was staying there. The location was also highly inconvenient, far from popular areas and eateries, making a car absolutely necessary. We had to drive at least two hours to reach most sightseeing spots. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay and far from what we expected. We believe we may have booked the wrong Scoiattolo hotel, as this experience did not match our expectations at all.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, cuisine copieuse et tres bonne. Sympathique accueil avec une réceptionniste parlant français qui a ete une agréable surprise pour nous.

Soggiorno breve per ultima sciata di stagione, camera piccolina ma abbastanza confortevole visto che ero da solo. Colazione abbondante e di buona qualità, cena sopra la media con alcuni piatti davvero buoni. Tutto il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Particolare menzione per le ragazze di servizio alla prima colazione e alla cena veramente cortesi. Ci tornerei volentieri

Siamo stati in fine settimana per la prima volta dove abbiamo trovato grande professionalità da parte di tutto lo staff (oltre alla simpatia). Un 10 al buffet della mattina, unica pecca la temperatura della camera non regolabile e per noi troppo elevata. Sicuramente torneremo.

Hotel situato in una bellissima posizione, bello, comodo e accogliente con personale disponibile, preparato e simpatico.

Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto annullare il soggiorno alla vigilia dello stesso per problemi di salute: l'hotel ha applicato in maniera molto rigida la penale prevista, richiedendo il pagamento dell'intero soggiorno e non dimostrando alcuna disponibilità nei nostri confronti. Abbiamo richiesto di poter rimandare il soggiorno ad un momento successivo per non perdere i soldi ma non è stata mostrata alcuna comprensione ne disponibilità nei nostri confronti. Usualmente l'ospitalità in montagna è molto diversa.... siamo rimasti molto amareggiati...

Un bellissimo hotel con ottima qualità/prezzo. Il personale è gentilissimo e cordiale. La colazione abbondante, non manca nulla. Pure le camere sono spaziose. Volendo trovare una pecca, il bagno sarebbe da rinnovare un po'. Però era pulitissimo.

Ho passato 3 gg tranquillo, persone gentili, posto tranquillo e in ottima posizione, si può cenare ad un prezzo corretto, colazione ottima.

Friendly, helpful staff, and hotel was fine, but in the year 2022, in a first-world country, when you say you have Wi-Fi, you NEED to have WORKING WI-FI. I’m booking my room based on the fact you said you have Wi-Fi because I NEED WI-FI. I need to check the weather, I need to map my route, I need to text my family, and I should be able to do all of this from the comfort of my room BECAUSE YOU SAID THERE WAS WI-FI. Buy a new router, call the cable guy, I don’t care what you have to do, but don’t say you have free Wi-Fi when that Wi-Fi is limited to the lobby. I don’t want to have to sit in the lobby for an hour just so I can use the internet.

Il personale è giovane, preparato e molto professionale. Le camere sono perfettamente pulite e molto comode. Abbiamo soggiornato 8 giorni e la cucina non hai mai deluso: tutti i piatti vengono preparati con dedizione e sono molto gustosi. Anche le opzioni per la colazione soddisfano le esigenze più diverse. Torneremo a soggiornare senza dubbio!
