The room is very old, with poor sound insulation, average hygiene, and a poor experience

O banheiro praticamente inundou após um banho de 3 minutos. Não conseguimos ligar a calefação. Ouvimos até a televisão do vizinho de madrugada. Não tem frigobar.

Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımseverlerdi. Lokasyon oldukça iyiydi.

El hotel está muy limpio y cuidado. El personal es muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Me he sentido muy a gusto durante mi estancia. Lo recomiendo.

Muito frio, não consegui esquentar o quarto.

Great location but hotel is falling apart. I was bitten by bedbugs. Bed was uncomfortable. Charge you extra if you check-in after 10pm and want cash only. No breakfast option or toiletries.

Only a ten minute walk from Termini but in a quieter area. Good value for the money. Depending on the room you get, you might have a nice view of the British Embassy.

Bit run down had to fix toilet seat and shower head but easy to do without bothering staff. Fridge in room and safe, comfortable bed. Great area for centre of rome easy to walk from termini. Great for travellers. Would stay again.

Personale veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme med info om området. Bra location. Hotel kanskje litt old fashioned, men helt ok.

The lady at the front desk was amazing kept my bag safe and even gave me a map of places she recommends the room was a lot bigger then expected maybe slightly outdated but you get what you pay for bed comfy air con was great

Excelente localização! Perto da estação Termini e perto das principais atrações. É possível ir a pé, com tranquilidade, nos dois lugares. Staff muito atencioso!

No fridge in our room, always had to ask for things like toilet paper and towels…house keeping asked if they could clean the room i stated we are leaving in a few mins, then they can come in, he said I'm cleaning now or not at all… the desk staff viola however was absolutely amazing… she gave us so much information and was so friendly
