this is the best hostel I experience. they even have water drink machine in the bathroom. the second night I upgrade to capsule bedroom and its awesome. even though need 9 minute to walk to MRT it's still worth.

I highly recommend staying at UINN Travel Hostel when you are in Taipei. The entire hotel is clean, cozy, cool, and perfect. The amazing part is, the staff are all so sweet & nice!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

clean, ac, clean bathroom, free breakfast, shared cooking tools, shared refrigerator, free coffee/tea/juice all day, locker with electric lock, each bed has its own tv, lighting, and screen for privacy but make sure you bring headset if you want to watch tv. helpful staff, wifi, great common room, comfy lobby. overall excellent experience of stay!

Lokasi oke, kalau dari Taipei main station ambil bus 262 di exit 7 atau kalau pake MRT turun di CKS Memory Hall exit 2. Staff not really friendly, I think they should make a strong rules to be quiet at resting time like 11PM above, because on my first night stay there the room was full and some people they packing on 2 AM!

The place is really awesome. The people are very nice and they all talk in english. The room is very comfortable and the comfort rooms are always clean. Thank you very much UINN. Stay awesome always.

My stay was very convenient. Friendly staff and adequate breakfast. Comfortable bed and clean shower rooms. Even I’ve checked out, they’ve allowed me to use their facilities and help me with my stuffs. Will definitely stay here again.

UINN has a cool vibe. We were upgraded from dormitory to a capsule type room and I would say it changed my views about "capsule". It was so cozy, not suffocating and you can really enjoy your privacy. The next time I'll stay there, I will choose that type of accommodation. The staff were great as well, friendly and very accommodating. Overall, our stay was awesome!

I feel at home the far away from our home..I will definitely back here next time together with my family. This hotel is highly recommended for everyone! Thanks UINN TRAVEL for the great experienced. Good service in a good budget.

Even though we checked in late due to our flight, we still enjoyed staying here in this hostel. We got upgraded to double bed from dormitory. Staffs were accommodating and friendly especially maricor who’s very fluent in English and answers all our questions and was even willing to help and guide us to our tour, he even talk with us regarding his hometown. Very clean room, not too much breaky (toast and hard boiled egg), they even have playroom underground. This hostel is very recommendable!

Stayed here for 4 nights 💕 thank you UINN Travel Hostel team, especially to Tracy! During my first night and after some questions (like what’s the wifi password hehe), Tracy randomly asked, “Would you like some chocolate?” And handed me one Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Squares. I just knew and told myself right there and then, “I am going to like it here.” little things mean a lot Pros: ✅ breakfast included (choice of bread and spread) ✅ unli drinks 24/7 (water, juice, coffee; I think certain nights they have free beer - I missed this but good to know right??) ✅ everything’s so clean (everyday they clean the shower and toilet area and I’m guessing the whole place; fresh face towel provided daily too) ✅ kind staff (they’re really nice 😭 i don't know what else to say but you’d get me when you meet them) ✅ hot and cold shower (plus body wash and shampoo, and a hairdryer in each cubicle (!!)) ✅ capsule’s really cozy and well-ventilated (if you’re not comfortable staying in a small/enclosed space, you can opt for their bunk bed type which is equally nice). Possible con but it’s still an adventure you can enjoy if you commute: around 1hr and 30mins away from the airport by train; or 45mins by car Some tips: ✳️ bring your own bath towel or pay minimal one-time rent fee there (I chose to rent and you can use it during your entire stay) ✳️ if you’re arriving before check-in time and there’s no available space yet, just leave your luggage and go and enjoy Taipei first (that’s what I did. The staff placed a sticker on my luggage with a number and also gave me a paper that I can give to claim my luggage when I get back. Left it around 1pm and went back 10:30pm😋) — I hope you find this list helpful. There are more pleasant things to say about UINN. You have to experience it for yourself and I highly recommend this place, especially for solo travellers.
