Todo muy lindo. El personal muy atento. Una sugerencia: avisar con anticipación que el desayuno no se puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito. Tuve que salir a buscar un cajero automático y la mayoría estaban vacíos (mucha gente había retirado dinero). Perdí tiempo buscando un cajero con efectivo disponible.

El personal es atento y diligente. Buena ubicación.

The room was cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint would be that the WiFi in the room was very bad, I had to go to the dining area to be able to use my computer.

Our stay at Hotel Eterna Primavera was perfect. They arranged our transport from the airport upon our arrival with no issues. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful including the room itself, the garden, and the terrace. We would stay here again.

La habitación es super espaciosa, tres camas full, aunque no tiene aire acondicionado, es fresca , no lo necesitas, el baño es enorme, agua caliente, el hotel es muy bonito y limpio, la localización es accesible a todo lo imperdible en antigua Guatemala, tiene demasiados restaurantes y coffee shop a minutos a pie. De verdad que lo recomiendo 100%.

I was expecting better but It didn’t meet my expectations. Staff was ok, it is to noisy. If I come back it will be only of the accessible parking.

Nice location, spacious rooms, a little too dark to my taste and window are all in garden side so it gets noisy when guests are walking and talking.

Room was very nice but every time we entered it felt damp and humid, the rustic aesthetic was a nice touch and we all loved the rooftop to take in the views

The staff were lovely, breakfast great and our room was really cute and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The staff is top! They took care of our luggage before check in time, and by the time we came to check in they had already moved our bags to the room. The room was very clean

The room did show as pictured. The staff was unwilling to be helpful with some requests.

Mi unica sugerencia es que hagan una rampa para subir y bajar las maletas.

Nos encanto el hotel pero sobre todo la buena atencion y servicio de cada una de las personas que trabajan ahi. Mil Gracias.

Falta de mantenimiento, en los grifos de agua , tapa del inodoro. Si el hotel esta lleno y el abanico no sirve no hay de repuesto y la respuesta del personal fue totalmente indiferente.
