Bad is not good at all the room not clean the bathroom is not clean

Værste oplevelse nogensinde vores forhånds bookede værelse var givet til nogle andre ved en fejl og efter en time endte de med at give os et værelse der var dårligere end det vi bookede

Good place to stay and easy access to old town, train station and other commodities. The room was clean but not spotless. Breakfast was simple but good. Staff was polite.

Good for the night, didn’t smell the best but other than that fine.

Bra parkering när man kommer med bil. Ca 20 min promenad till stan där det kryllar med restauranger. Själva hotellet är slitet men funktionellt om syftet är att inte spendera för mycket tid på rummet. Frukosten var ok och serverades i en yta vid receptionen. Dock var det begränsat med platser och blev snabbt fullt. Kvinnan som jobbade morgon/dag var väldigt trevligt och hjälpsam. Tjejen som körde kvällspasset borde överväga nytt jobb. Skitsur vid incheckning och vägrade annat än långa utläggningar franska. Baserat på bilarna på parkeringen var det främst utländska turister på hotellet, så lite engelska hade underlättat för alla.

Hébergement avec bon rapport qualité prix à proximité du centre ville Annecy. Je recommande pour une visite de la ville.

Ok for just traveling through Annecy. Unfortunately our room wasn’t very clean,

The rooms were fine, but two things were horrible: the staff (one particulat woman who was the only one there) were unfriendly and didn’t speak English. Secondly, the breakfast was poor because of lack of space to sit down and a none-functioning coffee machine. Find another place to stay in Annecy!

Rummet var extremt litet för oss 3. Trevlig personal som gav bra tips. Dock om man vill ha något att äta efter 18, fanns bara BK.

Expensive Poor value gor money

It was a pretty good hotel for the price. We got in just before 10:00 but staff had already left for the night so we checked in through the automated check in, which was pretty smooth. The building is a bit dated so there was some cigarette smell when entering, and the occasional whiff of sewer smell from in the room but it seemed to go away pretty quickly. Comfortable bed and great set up for a family of four.

Camere doppie molto piccole, prive di un armadio adeguato. No frigobar. No secondo cestino per la spazzatura in camera. Ok climatizzatore nuovo. Pulizia soddisfacente . Colazione non molto soddisfatto, quantità ridotte e personale non attento a quando la roba finiva per cui bisognava farlo notare. Alla reception non capiscono italiano . Cercando di comunicare in inglese , la ragazza si interfacciava parlando francese con fare scocciato. Scandaloso la mancanza di asciugamani al nostro arrivo (prenotato più di un mese prima ). Avevamo prenotato più camere e in ogni camera mancava qualche asciugamano o tappetino per la doccia. Nella camera dei nostri amici non c'erano, chiedendololi in reception, non ne avevano più di disponibili. Gli abbiamo dato uno dei nostri , visto che a noi manacava uno della faccia , e solo dopo diverse ore li hanno fatti trovare in camera. Bella l'area esterna. Parking di fronte molto comodo, zona tranquilla e con fermata bus vicina.
