Great and convenient.

We arrived. The door to our room was wide open. Bag of garbage and dirty sheets by the door. Sink dirty with toothpaste spit. Mattress dirty. No sheets. No one around to speak with. No response to email. No response to phone call. We then booked at the Marriott Courtyard and that hotel was amazing. Very disappointed. Also wrote hotels.com and no reply.

Good location, but service group is not nice to guests

It was nice and central, but no air conditioning or fan so very hot

no ac, lots of train noise, and noisey neighbors. Bed was broken. no communication, parking was expensive and blocks away.

Did not feel safe in the area at all

The apartment has no air condition requiring keeping windows open slightly for air. Because the build is very close to a very noisy/busy train station we could not get any sleep for all the nights we stayed. Every 5-10 minutes trains go by rapidly making a lot of noise. The train station is only one stop away from Zurich HB. The apartment has no coffee maker or a toaster although mentioned as having kitchen. Electrical outlets have problems; sometimes don’t work. Refrigerator and microwave oven share the same electrical outlet. Bring your own multiplexer.

The place next to train station has no double glass window ,it’s very difficult to sleep, TV not working, sofa cover not clean.

Works for the price. Some reviews are overly showing this in bad light, but it's close to a railway station, so easy for transportation. The area is slightly shady but there are kids playing around and it's still very safe

The property itself was in a very convenient location, close to local trams, trains and buses. However this unfortunately made the room very noisy with the doors open, if there was air con in the room we wouldn't need the doors open. But unfortunately it was far too hot to keep them closed. The check in was a nightmare, as we were told different things by different means ie our email confirmation said one thing, the automated voice message for the building said another, and when we finally got through to a human he said something else. So check in itself took a good 30 minutes. Room was pretty much what you'd expect for the price, but the electrics were pretty questionable and the pillows felt like a pillow case full of cotton balls. Pretty much definition of 'you get what you pay for'.

It was insanely hot in Zurich, 98 to 100 degrees on the day we stayed, and there is no air conditioning. The room was sweltering all night long. The room was on street level and was incredibly loud as well, if sounded like we were sleeping right on the street with traffic and trains and sirens and music all night long. This was singularly the worst night we have ever spent at a hotel Plus it was dirty and there was still water drying on the bathroom floor when we checked in. Maybe in winter it would be better, but we would personally never stay here again.

Conveniently located next to public transport.

Won’t recommend it to anyone

Place is a dump in need of repair Patio door completely of hinges TV did,not work Tollet leaked Shower head broken

System to check in is impossible if you don't,t have active phone Bathroom sink and toilet needed fixing

Too small

The 24-hour service was fast but inconsiderate and rude in writing.

There was no heat, no tv, the place was ok but we wabt to get some heat it was 3C or 36F is was really cold..

I was extremely disappointed that there was no notice give that there was construction going on. In front of my window was the elevator for the construction crew. The shutters weren't usable, the curtains in the closet but no way of hanging them. Ergo no privacy - I ended up using a shower curtain as to have some privacy. If didn't know the neighborhood I would have been grossed out by the entry to the building. Cigarette butts overflowing the ashtray, beer bottles and the stench of pee. Dirty hallways and elevators.The room was clean and comfortable. Nice size fridge. Has two cook spaces but only one pan. Night light has poor contact in the switch so it keep going out. Sent email to the company about privacy. Answer was unsatisfactory and they came at day 4 to finally finish the shutters. I left day 5.

It’s in a renovation prosess. But the room was ok, had everything we needed. The lokation is excelent, very near Tram, Bus and Trainstation
