我们预订了一间河景房，多花的钱很值得。早餐非常令人满意，工作人员热情周到。本来想用一下游泳池，但看到很多人穿着T恤衫甚至非泳衣游泳，有点儿打消了念头。

氛围轻松愉快，员工服务周到，早餐总是很美味，选择丰富，而且交通非常便利👍

房间宽敞干净。大堂工作人员总是热情友好。酒店位置极佳，步行不远即可到达海滨，您可以悠闲地散步；步行约10分钟即可到达Topspot美食广场，那里有美味的海鲜。

凌晨一点还在装修，真让人心烦。 厕所太大，而且离得远，拿卫生纸很不方便。应该放在左边。 浴室里挂衣服的地方不够。 借雨伞需要签借据。 提供旅游信息手册。

非常令人印象深刻，但在餐厅吃早餐时，服务员清理餐桌的速度很慢，而且饮料杯空了也没有更换。

干净整洁，员工友善，而且靠近河流和文化节。

工作人员非常友好热情。我女儿非常喜欢泳池！在海滨酒店住得很愉快。强烈推荐！

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. I highly recommend this hotel because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff.

This hotel is directly in front of Carpenter Street. Walkable distance to Riverbank! Excellent room cleaning service and staffs are very friendly! I love their breakfast, especially the Sarawak Laksa! Yummy with fresh and juicy prawn! Highly recommend!

Club room was great—exclusive check-in/out, next to Plaza Merdeka, a mall. Walking distance to the waterfront. All staff were friendly. Our view from the room was the prominent Dewan Undangan Negeri Sarawak. Watched water and fireworks show, sunset, and sunrise from our room that has a tall window.

One of my family's favourite hotels and the 2nd time I booked it. When I enter the room, my 1st impression is the cleanliness of the room and toilet. That is my first priority if I booked a hotel. My room was on the 9th floor and from my view of the city, can see traffic jammed everywhere. Actually, I booked a room of the wrong type and should book Deluxe Twin but I booked Premier Deluxe Twin Family which that room suitable for a big family of 6 people! 🤣 bed is so big for me. No wonder the receptionist ask a confirmation type of room. Check-in 2 person but booked family room. 🤣 But luckily for me I got a discount through the app, which means I paid cheaper than what I expected price actually and no breakfast included. (The app now do room promotions discounts until 50 %) Better than other agents' prices and I recommend booking through this app! 😝 The amenities inside the room are complete and all adequate, the size of the room is very spacious and large. So for a big family, I recommend booking this type of room and no need for an extra bed. The receptionist staff service is very professional and friendly and close to Plaza Medeka mall and Waterfront Kuching. Easy to food hunting nearby walking distance. Overall I'm satisfied and worth paying for a short trip! ⭐.

All facilities are in a good conditions, comfortable & clean. But there is one thing I would like to comment, there 's quite a lot of ants on the wall. Please take the necessary action. Thanks.

Fast check in and very friendly staff. I love the pool, but a bit frustrated as my kids can't swim at the pool. The pool was close because hotel had function at the evening. Next day the they managed to swim.
