男湯、女湯在早上會互相交換，可以感受到不同的特色，浸完溫泉還有按腳

酒店職員非常親切有禮，由駕車進入酒店一刻開始，真的感受到他們對客人的歡迎和體貼。Check in 時，知道我們是來自香港，更安排了一位英語很流利的職員帶領我們前往房間，沿途介紹酒店的設施和服務，還把我們的行李送到房間，並講解房間的空調如何使用、浴衣可以在酒店的公共空間穿著行走。酒店的早餐非常豐富，日式和洋式供應齊備。溫泉空間寬敞，提供的物品也齊全。

乾淨整潔的大型傳統溫泉酒店，距離火車站10-15分鐘，可預約酒店提供接送服務，位於河邊，景色優美，職員態度友善良好，一泊兩食食物一般，有改善空間。

We stay 1 night 3 different room type - 2 onsen room and 1 Japanese connecting room. All rooms are new and clean, onsen in room can adjust water temperature/add normal hot & cold water. I never try a onsen in Japan with this. Our breakfast & dinner is included. Hotel offer a private room with long Japanese table for dinner. It is good for kids to play safety while we are eating. The public onsen have nice river view. Open air(outdoor) onsen is hot enough and very comfortable.

Really enjoy the open air bath tub with the unique river view. Food is great with warm service as well.

朋友住在私人湯屋，覺得湯的品質很棒，反而是大眾池的湯帶有一點消毒水的味道

The room is way better than I expected. Staff are friendly. The private openair onsen is really nice, would be better if I could view the riverside instead. Already cheaper than most onsen hotel with same level of facilities. I'm sure no one would complain

於客房露台浸浴，望著河景，一流，一泊兩食的晚餐勁好食，三大一小坐一間包箱，全家人都好滿意。

outstanding hotel with excellent room and dinner served. private hot bath available in hotel room with excellent river view. the room was very spacious and comfortable. the only weak point of this hotel was the staff was not able to speak English.
