We were traveling with young children and this location is close enough to walk to the beach for a quick swim without taking to much with you. The lady that meet us was not able to speak much English and I don’t speak much Spanish but she was willing to try , so it may the process less stressful than I thought it would be.

Excellent especially regarding location with only let down no windows on the world

The apartment is located about 3 blocks from the beach and 12 minutes from the old town. It is an ideal location for us. The 3-bedroom apartment is clean and spacious. The apartment is on the 2nd floor but feels like a basement. The windows are about 1-feet tall, installed close to the top of the walls. In two rooms, there are no windows. We wish we could see some sunlight in the morning. If you rent this place, you might want to bring shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bath soap. If you want to cook breakfast, you also need to bring salt and pepper. These items are not provided. We wish the check in process is easier for us. You need to speak Spanish to arrange check in. We contacted expedia to contact them for us, but it takes expedia 2 days to find out that they need our check in time. We did not get the message until we got there. Thankfully, a nice lady from the building who can speak English helped us to talk to the staff.
