Excellent

Breakfast was plastic packaged food. On the weekend, selection was low. The room was very warm and the AC was loud and did not cool the room down. Room was clean and housekeeping was very good. The morning front desk staff were very friendly.

Bfst menu needs work, rest all is good and excellent.

Rooms were clean. Bedding was wearing out, and some updates would do a lot for the hotel, but great clean rooms for a cheap price.

Pet’s welcomed, and lots of parking space

Parking is ok. Rooms don’t get cleaned daily, have had to ask to get my garbage taken and new towels. Good location for fast food, groceries and fuel.

First room I checked into was FILTHY! There was no where to park and I had to park at another business, and the ‘breakfast’ was not worth being called such. Would not stay again.

Building and rooms are very outdated and falling apart. Not very clean anywhere. We experienced extremely loud and disruptive people in the hallways and slamming doors all night long. When we told the staff they just said "oh, Ok sorry". The heating/cooling doesn't work at all, no air flow in the room, but on the plus side I had warmish water on my second morning shower which was a nice surprise because the first morning it was cool water. Lastly the breakfast is the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel, even the juice in the fridge was warm. When I checked out and asked for a managers name and email the lady at the desk asked why, so I nicely explained our experience. All she said was sorry and that she was the manager so I didn't need to write an email to the manager anymore. I will be fining a different manager to write to, they need to do better.

Staff polite. Provided smoking room as requested. Breakfast with enough options. Room had coffee and amenities to increase comfort for stay.
