Quick check in/out. Very clean maid service and personnel excellent. Bed very comfortable . Lighting in room /bathroom not sufficient. Only 1 expensive restaurant with limited availability and no room service. Coffee machine in room dirty. Snack/gift shop was self serve and payment at kiosk.

Beautiful property

The shuttle to the race track was convenient. Property grounds were well groomed & beautiful . Room was nice but pretty expensive. The front desk clerk seemed to be having a real bad day upon checkin.

The only breakfast option was pre made sandwiches in gift shop. No food or drinks allowed in pool area. Very nice room with comfortable bed and nice shower. Suprised to find that hotel offers local shuttle service in addition to the local trolley stopping at hotel.

I’ve stayed here many times and always enjoy it. Always very clean with nice staff. There are more things to do then just gamble. I like treating myself to a nice fancy dinner at the restaurant there. Rooms are good size and the showers are always glorious.

Loved staying at the Saratoga Hotel and Casino. Would stay there again. Loved the quiet atmosphere and the quick walk/drive to attractions.

Classy hotel! Staff was great, room very large, great shower. Bed super comfy. Shuttle very handy, drops at racetrack/ dinner. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Excellent restaurant nearby. Only missing component is limited breakfast options.

Great option for Saratoga Springs getaway! Beautiful inside and out, clean, and wonderful downtown area. Shuttle to various sites nearby was very safe and super convenient. Planning another getaway for the fall!

It was my second visit and I was impressed how the staff continued to exceed my expectations.

We would have liked a causal restaurant on the property open late.

We enjoy this hotel for convenience to area, the shuttle is a great perk for attending events and concerts at SPAC

We were very fortunate to be upgraded to an executive king suite and absolutely loved it! The property is beautiful and upscale. Loved the casino attached and affordable dining inside the casino. The only problem was for some reason our room didn’t get serviced one day.

We were in town for a friend’s wedding and to explore the area. This hotel is in a quiet area of Saratoga and perfect spot to relax and rest during a busy wedding weekend.

It is a lovely place. Wide halls, clean rooms, and quiet. There's a casino, steak house, a little shop. There is water and ice available, room service and soft beds. The rooms are comfortable. The one thing I didn't like was the carpet.
