construction work on the outside wall of the hotel building during the day with drilling sound which makes it almost impossible to rest in room - hotel reception explained this noise problem was either notified on the internet or addressed on any other online booking agencies, which turned out to be not true. The noise issue continues at night time - just across the street gets filled with crowds drinking and yelling all night long. I never write a review, nor do i ever leave a comment on the internet with any sort of negative remark but my stay at hotel madera was just a nightmare from the start to the end for the entire 4 nights of stay.

房間非常整潔，辦理入住快捷簡單。唯獨升降機指卡器接觸不良，下樓必須拍卡很不方便。

位置方便，前台員工很友善。房間很大 。

地點很好，房間也寬敞。酒店外路較窄，斜坡高底路較多。前台服務JoJo 如表現成熟及professional 一点會較好。

Old hotel room and unreasonable staff and service standard. Asked for replacement of towel but they refused, asked for more tooth brush they also refused. AC was broken but they insisted no problem.

服務人員很親切，房間也很大很乾淨，有洗脫烘洗衣機可以清洗衣服。（建議飯店能提供洗衣機的使用說明） 整體感覺很棒，下次訪港有機會會再入住。

服務態度好好，聖誕節入住，有紅酒及蛋糕贈送，房間非常大乾淨漂亮。

This hotel highlights kitchen, however it is just a simple pantry without cooking facilities. The bed is very uncomfortable and small. No heating and sofa is can not sit properly. Staffs are very nice and helpful.

房間佈置新穎，浴室企缸配以三個按摩花灑，能舒緩疲勞，有Nespresso咖啡機和咖啡提供。衛浴有暖氣設施。 唯梳化一座位傾斜向內坐得不舒服和有些污跡。 酒店位置方便，食肆選擇多，也能遊覽香港特色。

Room settings and design - 5 / 5. Hygiene - 4.5 / 5. Area - 5 / 5. View - 4 / 5. Mattress & pillows - 3 / 5. Too soft. Non-smoking room - 3 / 5. Need more work on deodorant. Staff - 4.5 / 5. Cheerful and helpful. In general, it's a satisfactory and pleasant stay; would recommend to friends.

Great location at the heart of HK. Tons of shops and restaurants nearby. A separated entrance from the reception with high privacy. Excellent room design with high-quality homeware.
