We enjoyed our stay and the place was beautiful and well located. However, it unfortunately looks like the amendities haven’t been well kept over the years (ex. Dirty/worn off couch mattresses, uneaven mattress, etc.). The decor is very unique and beautiful, service was good.

Fairly new hotel that is still partially in development. In our opinion there was too little focus on the basics, such as breakfast and diner - both not of the quality you might expect, especially for the prices that come with it. Moreover, there was a lot of chlorine in the pool water. The reason for booking a place like this is because you want to use the tranquility of the countryside and you want to be able to stay on the premises. In our opinion Zahir could do more to facilitate that.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The pool especially is unbeatable and the location is most convenient to discover the highlights in the area (noto, ortigia, sea) We would definitely return...thanks Alessia
