Ce n’était pas notre premier séjour à Bodrum, mais c’était notre première expérience dans cet hôtel — et sans hésitation l’une des meilleures que nous ayons eues. Nous avons séjourné sept jours avec notre fille de 7 ans, et tout a été absolument parfait du début à la fin. Le kids club est de loin le meilleur que nous ayons connu jusqu’à présent : encadrement exceptionnel, activités variées, notre fille ne voulait plus partir ! Le service est tout simplement irréprochable, que ce soit dans les restaurants, à la plage ou dans tout l’hôtel. La qualité de la restauration est remarquable — chaque repas était un vrai plaisir. Les chambres sont magnifiques, spacieuses et d’une propreté irréprochable. L’attention portée aux détails se ressent partout. Ce séjour a été magnifique et inoubliable. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs incroyables et une seule envie : revenir l’année prochaine. Tout était absolument parfait — un vrai 10/10.

Sehr kinderfreundliches Hotel mit tollem Bereich für Babys und Kleinkinder. Das Essen war sehr gut, das Personal aufmerksam und freundlich. Der weiße Sandstrand und das klare, grün schimmernde Meer sind wunderschön. Einziger Nachteil: Das Abendprogramm ist je nach Zimmerlage deutlich hörbar, zudem sind die Zimmer recht hellhörig.

Everything—from the moment of arrival until the final departure—was designed to make you feel truly special. The service was wonderful; the room, the view, and the food were all perfect. The sea and the beach were magnificent, and the part of our stay we enjoyed the most was undoubtedly the pavilions. However, we owe a special debt of gratitude to our service team—our "attendants"—who truly made us feel privileged and left us saying, "We are so glad we came here." They were the ones who truly made this vacation special for us: Mr. Ali, Mr. Anıl, Mr. Melih, Mr. Berzah, Mr. Cebrail, Ms. Nisa, Ms. Bilge, Ms. Rimma, and Mr. Samet. And finally, a special mention goes to Mr. Alper, who handled our airport transfer with such great care. Each and every one of them is a valuable, highly respectful, and genuinely kind-hearted individual. We are so grateful for their presence and so glad to have met them. Liked: - sea view visible everywhere - sea is great - al carte restaurants were good. Disliked: - Major issue is about the staff. They quarrel in front of guests. They are not accessible for ordering. - Given a room that did not match our request (requested king bed but got 2 double beds, which were only able to fit 1 person for each) - Toilet was smelling bad and our room was positioned far from the activity areas. - Open buffet quality was bad and variety was limited.

I loved staying here! We booked the deluxe sea view room and it was incredible. We had a top floor room, a massive balcony, a bathroom with every piece of toiletry you’ll need, a snack bar that was replenished daily and a nice lounge area. The beach was incredible, perfect for families and couples. There’s 2 private areas on the beach that are age 16+. You can order drinks to your sun beds although you’ll need to go to a restaurant to get food. The pool was massive and the water slide was so fun. So many bars and eateries on site, there’s not enough time to try them all. The food was super delicious, cocktails were excellent. The only downside was that service isn’t great at the Al a crate restaurants, we found it to be a bit slow and waiters would always forget what we asked for/ordered or would get it wrong. Although there were some super lovely people working there. Guest assistants Aybuke, Melda and Unver were a delight and so prompt when dealing with our requests. Emre at the patisserie was very sweet to us. Highly recommend staying here!

Great staff and place to stay. We travelled with a toddler and though it had heap loads of activities to do which was great, some downfalls i wish i knew - baby / toddler food pouches always hidden in fridge and difficult to obtain - above food pouches not avalable in kids kitchen -95% of toys has no batteries - our room had no bathtub so was extremely dangrous to wash a toddler - the place is huge and got lost often in the first few days and couldnt find pushchair friendly routes so would have to use it on escalators or carry up the stairs Despite the above it was a great stay and the staff were 10/10, but above info may help those with little ones ahead of their stay

It was our first taste of all inclusive holidays and was a fantastic experience. Although we have nothing to benchmark it against we found it very good and the kids club was fantastic. Only criticism is we were shocked to experience how cold the pools were and that they weren’t being used.

Amazing place with great spot by the river followed by great service and courteousness

We visited with our two children aged 2 and 8 months. We were delighted to see so many activities laid on by the kids club. The facilities for children were great. The entertainment was very good. The spa facilities were amazing, we managed to take advantage of the hammam and really I enjoyed it.
