Spacious rooms, good facilities, very clean, mcd and petronas next door.

Saya stay untuk satu malam je dekat sini. Book untuk 3 orang tapi masa check in masuk 4 orang. PIC yang jaga hotel pada hari tu mintak kami bayar lagi RM30 untuk extra orang tu. Kami bayar charge RM30 tapi pekerja tu tak masukkan duit dalam cash drawer tu. Die bukak cash drawer tu tp tukar duit je lepas tu letak duit tu kt luar. Saya ada jugak cakap tolak deposit tapi staff tu taknak sebab dia cakap nanti kena masukkan dalam sistem. Yang menjadi persoalannya, duit tu masuk pocket staf ke? Kenapa tak masuk extra charge tu dalam sistem? Atau memang duit tu kne masuk dalam peti box lain?

Value for money, don't expect too much!

1) Clean. 2) location very good. A lot of parking space. 3) Hotel at 2nd floor. Unfortunately the hot water very low. Kindly improve. 4) room light too dim. 5) TV channels programmer should improve. Only 3 channels available.

Polisi hotel terlalu ketat langsung tidak bole toleransi dengan customer. Receptionist tidak boleh tolak ansur.

Location is good, but it's located on top of pub. At night, customers were singing quite loud and we could still hear from our room. Maybe can put a thicker curtain to block the sound. Other than that, we are quite happy with our stay.

Overall is alright, just the air conditioning kinda not cooling the room, should have use the 1.5hp aircond.

Very noisy, soundproofing is not good, all roads are heard. Someone in the hotel knows to go in and open the door. The sound insulation is very poor, children play outside and do not sleep at all

Ample parking, the staffs were great, near to famous eateries, clean room

Large and clean room, toilet, lobby. pillow and bed just like 5 star hotel but must borrow iron if want to used it

Not enough staff, counter always no staff.

Convenient location. 10-15 mins from main city and lost world of tambun.

Don't have a cupboard to hang the clothes, and my friends complaining the pillow not comfortable enough, but overall is good, worth the price!

Noise from pub downstairs

The mirror desk place is dark. The toilet should have a glass or shower curtain to avoid wet all the place.
