I checked in here 2 times, The first one is for 2 days in order to have fun in Hat Yai and the second one is for Business travel. The room a bit hot for twin bed fan room, maybe if you are not on budget you can choose the A.C room. The first impression, clean, strategic place in the intersection of Clock Tower Hat Yai so that it has a lot of advantages such as, near 7 eleven, halal food in front street of its guest house, Masjid/Mosque Pakistan for Jumat Prayer about 800m, and I did a lot of walking to reach interesting place like Kim Yong plaza and the shopping building in front of its guest house. It didn't prepare complementary mineral water. So its better you buy mineral water at 7 eleven
