It was a nightmare when you booked and it was confirmed yet when you arrived at the hotel, you were refused check in cause hotel staff said they are not involved in any online booking apps and their hotel was fully occupied.

The outside facility are ok, but the room. Even the CR. Aircon are not in good. And they have infinity pool, but the bad is the pool are excluded on the package, you need to ask first, they didn't tell us we need to pay for using the pool.. The front desk area are the pantry also, they ate and welcoming people at the same time. Very poor customer service :(
