Good for the price. Walkable, close to Gran Via

Waren ein Weekend zu dritt. Mitten in Madrid. Alles gut soweit.

Excellent area, plenty of all restaurants type, walkable, the apartment was perfect, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Check in via email with access link was very easy and convenient. Location was perfect with easy access to metro station and walkable to all Madrid has to offer without being in an overly crowded area. Plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Apartment was clean upon arrival with everything you need for your stay.

Family of 4, with young adult kids. Location, location, location. Was walking distance to so much, including museums and main shopping street. We loved the neighbourhood and often went for tapas in Plaza de Chueca. Apartment was spacious and had the amenities needed for short stay. Management help centre were very responsive but the last minute access code made us anxious. Plus the pre registering for every guest took some effort. We all would recommend this as a great place to stay in Madrid.

Had 5 people staying but only two of us received check in information so wasn't much point registering if they not going to share details to get into property. Access was modern by using link to unlock doors which was great. Also only had bedding for 4 people so that wasn't ideal not having that in place.

Briefly, Check in to receive entry code was a nightmare. Air conditioning was not turned on the first night had to sleep with windows opened in an area where partying on the streets goes all night. Not my crowd either. The entry hallway looks and feels like abandonment. The apartment is spacious but that’s about it and although not my type of area it is close to the city center.

Great neighborhood in Madrid walking distance to everything , subway stations , shops and most important : RESTAURANTS .

Muy cerca de la gran Via, seguro los alrededores, el departamento con todo lo necesario y muy comodo, cuenta con todos los servicios y clima acondicionado. Muy recomendable

Struttura accogliente e pulita Comoda con la metro

Es un lugar muy centrico, queda muy cerca metro Chueca, Banco de España y Renfe Recoletos hay restaurantes y bares alrededor asi como supermercados varios, centros comerciales, la Gran Via y Cibeles a 3 cuadras, Plaza Sol caminando a menos de 10 mins. Nos tocó un bajo o sotano que al entrar tiene escaleras pegadas a la puerta y corres el riesgo de rodar porque no se advierte que tengas cuidado pero estuvimos muy agusto porque tiene lavadora con secadora que fue fabuloso y el refrigerador es muy grande con congelador muy amplio. El baño es muy amplio. Lo recomiendo muchisimo y volveremos en otra ocasión.

Good customer care

Excelente, muy comoda con todos los servicios, tiendas de conveniencia cercana, caminando llegas a la Gran Via, muy tranquilo incluso de noche. Tiene todo equipado, aire acondicionado, aparatos electrodomésticos y lavadora. Si regresaria.
