I didn’t like this place , I was expecting way more for the price , this is the only hotel so far who after I paid for my reservation I have to pay extra money on my check in for taxes is ridiculous expensive, the thermal waters were very cold i thought they were be not hot , they closed the nice thermal water at 10 and we barely stay there for an hour , you have to paid extra for robs, and the food expensive and we only order couple drinks it takes more than 30 minutes to get them , even though the restaurant was with a few costumers , the electricity went off a few times!! Terrible, the room they give us had a lick on the sink and the manager change us to a better one , she was very attentive and welcoming, but for this price I won’t ever comeback .

Beautiful place

The cabins were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

This is a thermal water hotel, but upon arrival the whole entire hotel didn't have any thermal water running. It took until late at night to fix the problem, but the pool in my room was empty. Then, the staff had to call maintenance because it was an issue with the pool inside the room. I couldn't use the pool until this morning. The other pools in the common areas were freezing and disgusting. Even the robe they have had some stains on it. I especially requested a quiet cabin, and it was a lot of noise from thr cabin next to me until almost midnight? Then tjis morning the area was the uploading zone for all the supplies coming to the hotel. So a bunch of trucks and staff were making a lot of noise The whole experience was horrific and I couldn't get out of that place fast enough. Did an early check out. On the other hand some of the staff was nice and attentive and tried to resolve all the issues they were having the best they could. HORRIBLE PLACE! and very disappointed as yesterday was my birthday, and I wanted to have a relaxing time.

Los nombres de las habitaciones no existen en el hotel. Las fotos reflejan muchas habitaciones diferentes como si fuera la misma, me terminaron entregando una habitaciones muy diferente a lo que yo esperaba

instalaciones bonitas y agradables, la atención en restaurante y la comida muy bien. Lamentablemente al llegar la habitación no estaba bien limpia y no había toallas. Se corrigio la situación varias horas después y luego de varias solicitudes. La explicación fue un imprevisto en lavanderia
