Le personnel de l’accueil était très accueillant ainsi l’ensemble de l’hôtel qui était très propre! L’endroit était très calme avec quelques magasins et restaurants au alentours…

Chambre minuscule, pas de clim en pleine canicule même pas de bouteilles à disposition, établissement salle. Literie ok

This is, without question, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We chose this hotel because of its location—not because it was cheap. If I could give one piece of advice to future guests, it would be this: spend €10–20 more and stay somewhere else. At least you won't be treated with disrespect. The evening receptionist—the blonde lady, so she is not confused with the other female receptionists—was unbelievably rude, arrogant, and confrontational. Every question was answered with contempt. If you didn't hear her or asked her to repeat something, she would raise her voice and make you feel like you were the problem. When we politely asked her not to shout at us and to treat guests with respect, she became even more aggressive. The room was extremely small, unbearably warm, and very dirty. The bed wasn't even made. The message was essentially, "Do it yourself." Every complaint to reception was met with the same excuse: "We are a budget hotel." Being a budget hotel is not an excuse for poor hygiene, disrespectful service, or failing to provide basic hospitality. Breakfast was equally disappointing: no eggs, only one type of bread, one type of goat cheese, one juice, and almost no variety. To make matters worse, there were dead flies in the restaurant. Dirty rooms, poor breakfast, unacceptable service, and a receptionist who treats guests with open hostility made this the worst hotel experience of my life. Avoid this hotel.

La chambre était très propre, (j'ai marché sans savate), très calme, la tv bien capricieuse, le pdj copieux

The place was overall clean but it lacked space in the room. If you like to sleep like sardines in a can then this place is for you. The worst part if you come in hot weather you will not get to relax and cool off in the room. It was too hot. It made it unbearable! Also the place was further than promoted on the site. To Disney it didn’t take 10-15 min. It took 35 minutes. Not worth it.

Hotel vieillot, nul sans climatisation avec la canicule…

Pas mal pour une nuit. Mais se retrouver en rez de chaussée cote parking devant alors qu on avait demandé cote parking interieur en etage... A croire que c etait voulu... Pas cool...

L’accueil a été aimable et rapide. La chambre propre, mais nous avons eu un premier problème d’eau chaude une fois installé, la personne à l’accueil nous a proposé une autre chambre et nous avons donc dû déménagé en pleine soirée. Dans la nouvelle chambre un peu d’eau chaude mais terriblement capricieuse… Pas le courage de rechanger encore. Au petit matin la personne à l’accueil nous a confirmer qu’il y avait des problèmes d’eau chaude dans le bâtiment… bien dommage car cela a bien été embêtant lors de notre séjour.

Stayed there with 3 kids during a new year break to Disneyland, very basic hotel. staff were helpful but rooms are bit small and no lifts so we had to take stairs for 2nd floor rooms. breakfast optionis were avaible. if you are travelling from UK , make sure to take mobile phone adaptor, I forgot mine and it cost me 15 euro from a vending machine.

Je n’ai pas pris de pti dej. Suffisant pour une seule nuit.

Bonjour Personnel réception ou nettoyage des chambres pas dexsouci. Par contre chambre à rénover,et surtout changer la televisionqm qui est obsolète ainsi que sa télécommandé. Absence de chaine gratuite "lci par ex",et neflix 8e par mois. Cordialement.

Personnel très accueillant et souriant. Chambre correcte mais salle de bain minuscule (lavabo, WC et douche regroupés dans très peu d’espace, mais propres). Petit déjeuner ok

Établissement pas propre car le personnel à l'accueil mange sur son comptoir laissant la graisse de la nourriture avec une odeur bizarre. Posture à revoir car le jeune tenait un langage de rue. Un lieu non adapté pour un bien-être.

Franchement, on se demande si c'est vraiment un hotel IBIS budget ! vieux, pas entretenu, odeur désagréable...

Bonne literie, mais bruyant toute la nuit.
