The property is nice and clean

Very nice host who greeted us in and out, but price on Expedia isn't very clear, £20 will be charged for the sofa bed.

A bit run down and not exactly spotless but a very comfortable bed and a very friendly hostess

Nice budget experience. Mrs singh was very nice .free street parking in quiet safe area .the size of the room would not suit more than 2 nights though the price reflects this .very nice stay

The host was really nice and welcoming upon arrival, would definitely stay again was only for the night as was up for work early the next day but was so convenient and was around the corner from my work place

Good contact. Compact. Clean. As expected

Mrs Singh was very attentive. We had contacted her to let her know that we might not be able to arrive until 9pm. This was not an issue and she even messaged us a mobile number to contact her. On the night we arrived she phoned us to see what time we were due to arrive and on arrival was very happy to greet us. Made sure we had everything we needed for the night. The accommodation had all the basic needs we required for the night, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Would book again.

Property is value for money in a quiet residential area

Property was clean and tidy with a kitchen, everything i needed

Wasn’t able to check in until 10:45pm. Good communication but was trying to be encouraged to prolong the check in. Was prevented putting out luggage in before going out again. Bathroom has mould and dirt around the edges. Pull out bed was broken and not fit for purposes. Wouldn’t use again not recommend.

An ok place if you’re just sleeping there. Bed and kitchen small area and small bathroom. Very dusty and hairs in bath and sink. Bed very uncomfortable. Hot water taps not working and tv didn’t work as was not connected to internet.

The hostess was kind and made me feel relaxed. I liked the great customer service here.

Property close to city centre. A bit cramped inside with no plug for the bath, no instructions for the tv.Very friendly host though.

The property was fine for our purposes as we were just going on a night out. Shower was fine, bed was comfortable and facilities such as fridge and microwave were useful. It could probably benefit from a lick of paint but I would stay there again if I was in the area.

Disappointed as place we stayed in wasn't the actual pictures advertised it was an annex next to the house, rooms where small and the kitchen set up was not really user friendly abs overal the cleaniless was poor. Owner was friendly and contact was good but wouldnt stay here again, location was good for local transport

The apartment is clean, comfortable and contains everything you need. Great price / quality ratio. Host is super friendly and hospitable.

Spotless and great facilities especially for long stays. After booking need to look out for and respond to emails from property to confirm and pay a deposit so keep this in mind if you are booking at the last minute and/or have no access to email (as can happen on long drives where roads have no cell signal). Once you plan for that then everything else is great!

Great value for money, we had the larger of the 2 apartments, a lounge/kitchen area with a pull out double sofa bed, seperate bathroom and a saperate double bedroom. We arrived a bit early and sat in the smaller property while the cleaners finished up, that would be prefect for a couple. The location was in a nice area, a £6 Uber ride from the city centre. All in all a great place to stay.

Owner called me while i was driving and demamded cash payment, the property itself is a small static caravan set up cheaply on the side of a house, we werent told about the garden or bar, i paid 70 for one night but i think its worth 40 due to the small rooms and it stated that it was close to the city which it is not unless you drive and there was stains on the walls and old icecream in the fridge, the owner only wanted the money and then left

We were only staying for one night and it our needs. The room included small bathroom and good enough kitchen which I liked and I think if we were to stay longer it would also be very practical to have our own kitchen as well as the washing machine looked like a good idea.
