Waited at the front desk to check in for 15 min. And no one was there. A note saying be right back was on the counter but no sign of anyone. The young woman who did finally get back was on a bathroom break. A company this size should have 2 people running the front desk. It was not her fault but rather managements for not staffing properly.

The room was very clean and smelt very nice walking in. It was super quiet and the parking garage made it super easy. Would definitely recommend if in the area. We stayed so we could just walk down the street to angel of the winds arena. Super easy and convenient.

I showed up to check in at 10pm at night with a reservation confirmation booked 10 days earlier only to be told they were booked and did not have a room for me. They tried to send me 45 mins south to another hotel. The staff that evening were very non-chalant and when I walked out the front door into the night in an area with wandering homeless folks, the staff said “have a good night”. They knew I had nowhere to go and cared less. I was confirmed for 3 nights and the other two nights were good to go. When I showed up the next day to check in, the attendant was very compassionate and handed me a gift bag apologizing. Promised me a room with views, etc. I felt affirmed until I peeked in the bag upon arriving in my room. Fritos, Oreos, water, energy bar and a GC for a free appetizer with purchase of a meal at a local restaurant. A joke. A shot of whiskey would have been better.

Great location. Within walking distance of a lot of different locations. Staff very friendly. The room was hard to keep cool due to the set up of the air conditioner. It doesn’t really make much sense to put a cabinet over it. That was poor planning. And the room was ok in the cleanliness area. We had French fries on the floor from the last guest.

We were attending a 3 day event on the same block. Staff, Marlene and Gandy were superb and were very accommodating. Unfortunately TV service went down over the entire hotel.

Great for a short term stay. Lots of wonderful food options in walking distance. Sunsets have potential to be spectacular.

Check and and check out was very easy. Marlene at the front desk was an absolute delight. Property is well kept with generous amenities. Affordable secured underground parking on site was a huge plus.

Downtown Everett is amazing! It seemed as though everything at the property was broken. The ice machine was out of order, the coffee machine barely brewed and the
