离花瓶岛大约1个半小时的车程，虽然离景区远点，但是酒店非常舒服，包早餐，也很自由，没有具体的人数限制。服务人员态度很好，房间也不错，都自带厨房，如果不喜欢出去吃的，可以自己在房间简单弄点东西吃

The hotel was excellent. We did get in early. Which was very nice. I did find the coffee machine needed rinsing out and unfortunately the sugar and creamers were non existence. We did get in early so it might not of been looked at yet. All good. We had issues with the remote and it was replaced immediately. Breakfast was fresh and alot of choices had to try a but of everything. Perfect. Was a little disappointed the golf simulator wasnt ready but would like to try it on our next visit. Over all very good. Bed comfortable and the kitchen an added bonus. Thank you

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and pool was very nice. Our pull out couch did not have sheets, the plug in our kitchen did not work. The issues were remedied quickly by the staff. Overall good stay!

It’s not that bad but not worth for the amount we spent

I booked this room for my husband for one night as he had to come into Kincardine from Hamilton for work. I booked the reservation before lunchtime and my husband didn’t arrive until around 5 PM. When he got there, he was informed that they had no hot water, and When he asked when there would be hot water back the front desk told him maybe Monday. They told him he could cancel his reservation and then go over to the comfort Inn and book there and their rate was around $150 for the night however he informed them that I already prepaid through Expedia and I used $70 in points but still paid $110 for the room. They then got him a room at the comfort Inn somehow without cancelling his reservation at TownePlace suites. Now looking there is an almost $40 price difference between the two places that we’ve now lost out on. The hotel easily could’ve contacted us in the five hours that we had a reservation before he got there to indicate to us that there was no hot water. Also, I’m not sure how they still have rooms available for $180 a night when they have no hot water.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was quiet. Our room was nice and clean. We loved having a full-sized fridge instead of a mini-fridge which you would find at most hotels. Breakfast was good. Our son loved having pancakes every morning. We would definitely stay here again and have already referred you to other people.

Super friendly staff! Room! Awesome! Could not believe the extent of making our stay effortless from tea towels to wine glasses! Then we found out they will be starting renovations!!! WHAT???? This place looks brand new! Front desk staff FANTASTIC!! Please pass this on to them!! ( can’t recall their names). When we visit Kincardine again we’ll definitely book in here! Sue and Chris Robinson ( Marriott owners…time share …2005!)
