Excellent value for money. Really helpful staff and if you're lucky enough to get a canal side room, a nice view. If you're looking for somewhere to eat the Greek Restaurant around the corner (behind the carwash) is excellent. A really good alternative to a Premier Inn or similar

Staff very friendly and helpful on arrival. Parking is free but don't forget to register at reception. Room clean and tidy and suited us perfectly. A nice addition is the microwave and fridge in the room. Perfect if you would prefer to bring your own food. Cutlery also provided. Bathroom was good with a nice shower. Plenty of hot water. Pub next door served good food including carvery and pizza. Nice seating area out the back overlooking the marina. A short 10 minute walk away is another very nice pub which is also worth a visit serving good pub food if a pizza and carvery is not what you may be after. An enjoyable one night stay, which we would repeat in the future.

Room on the smallish side but very comfortable bed. It was helpful to have a microwave and tea/coffee facilities. You should request a room with a marina view in advance.

Nice room with lovely room. Pub right next door was fabulous and so convenient for a meal or drink

really friendly and lovely location on the canal. they have great ideas like plug sockets next to the bed and knife and for in the room and loca restaurant leaflets in the foyer rally well thought out

We arrived quite late for just one night. The check in was simple and staff were very polite, friendly and welcoming. We had food with us and the fridge in the room was a great addition. Plates, cutlery, glasses all in the room, in addition to tea and coffee for the morning. We had a family room and both rooms were super clean and comfortable. The location was quiet and so our sleep was not disturbed. Would be happy to return should we be back in the area. We didn’t use the bar or restaurant during our stay.

I had to make a quick emergency trip to England and ran into some booking issues on my end, but the hotel staff were incredibly understanding and helpful in getting everything sorted out. Really appreciated their kindness during a stressful time. Clean, comfortable hotel and great service overall. I would definitely stay again. Thank you again to the manager for getting everything sorted out for me.

Nice quiet location

I have become a regular. It's so nice and cozy with a good environment. The fridge and microwave in the room are great plus for food storage if you have food items with you on your journey.

Dining separate from hotel but with adjoining door. No breakfast included. Plenty of parking. Take a £1 deposit on the room at check-in for some strange reason. Great view over the marina

It was a bit out of the main area had to get taxi everywhere £6 50 advertised on expedia as being 1. 6 miles but its just over 3 miles. Hotel is right next to a pub which is handy fir food and drinks. Hotel was very ckean abd everthing you would beed in your room which was quite spacious would definitely recommend
