員工很友善親切，房間有年紀了但維護的很好。早餐簡單美味又健康

酒店位置處於市中心，非常方便，而且可以租用在附近的地下停車場車位，房間很乾淨整潔，早餐質素也不錯，美中不足的是隔音比較較差，晚上很容易聽到旁邊房間開門的聲音

Friendly staff, good travel tips and convenient location

This hotel is in a great location in Lyon with easy access to public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and so was the bathroom with a great shower. The building itself is old and full of character and the layout isn’t conventional, therefore our room was only small but functional. There were bigger rooms but none available for the dates I wanted. Breakfast was plentiful and good value with lots of choices that set you up for the day. Would I stay here again, definitely

リヨンTGV駅から地下鉄で移動。地下鉄駅からは、徒歩１０分。荷物が多いと移動が大変。建物入口のドアは施錠されているのでインターホンでホテルを呼んで解除。旧市街地にも徒歩圏内で便利。ポールボキューズ市場へは、トラムが便利。徒歩だと３０分以上かかる。朝食は普通。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切。ビルの数フロアを利用したホテル。建物の外には、看板がありわかりやすい。

Très agréable séjour passé à l’hôtel des Célestins qui m’a reçu avec de très beaux sourires, de gentillesse et de bienveillance (merci aux deux adorables réceptionnistes). Ma chambre et mon lit étaient au top, climatisée et propre. Délicieux petit déjeuner. Juste le matin comme dans la plupart des hôtels, les gens claquent la porte en partant, ce qui est un peu ennuyeux. Autrement, j’étais très bien dans ce charmant hôtel qui est très bien situé au centre de la jolie ville de Lyon. Merci à toute l’équipe (la femme de chambre d’origine asiatique était adorable aussi) et au plaisir d’y revenir.

Hotel looks a little different when you enter, reception is on the first floor, it is an old building and you do get that vintage smell when you walk in, bathrooms are the opposite to your vintage room and look a lot brighter. Staff were friendly, breakfast was a buffet, hotel is a good area, close to the old town, 35min walk to the top of the hill if you fancy it, 5 min walk to the Metro.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lyon. The location is fabulous and close to wonderful shopping and restaurants. Great staff and the rooms are very well decorated and loaded with amenities. They offer a lovely breakfast.

The staff is kind, helpful and attentive. Any problem or inconvenience was addressed immediately. My room was clean and the housekeeper was always willing to do more for me. I loved the location of the Hotel. It is within 5 minutes of a weekend Farmers Market. There were lots of shops, restaurants and French Grocery stores near by. Walking is easy with several pedestrian bridges available for crossing the river. I will happily return in the future..

Idéalement situé, chambre simple mais très propre et confortable. Pas de bruit

Personnel très agréable, accueil parfait et chaleureux, et localisation parfaite en plein dans le quartier Bellecour. Hôtel plutôt calme. Chambre sympathique mais un peu vieillotte, même si c'est ce qui fait son charme, et petite. Literie très dure, à déconseiller aux personnes sensibles du dos.

The breakfast staff and housekeeping were first rate. But that's the only positive things I can say. This was supposedly a 3 star hotel but I would barely give it 2 stars. We booked what was called a "prestige" room but it was far from that. No wi-fi in the room and barely any cellular. I reported that after the 1st night of our 4 night stay but nothing was ever done about it. Most of the furniture in the room looked to be a century old and sourced from consignment stores. The "artwork" was a bizarre hodgepodge of things that didn't match. I cannot give a positive review for this place and will certainly never stay there again. And should the owner protest this review, we made sure to take lots of pictures to document our comments.
