We had a good, normal stay. Parking in the underground was much calmer. The one thing we didn’t like was that our hotel stay receipt was left taped to the door. It had my name and some info on it for anyone to read and know who was in the room. As a woman, I did not like that.

Close to the highway. Fairly quiet, fairly dark, but the blackout blinds aren’t great, given that there are spotlights shining on the building all night. Breakfast could be more appealing.

Had a big crack in our room window had to call to let them know. Room is good not luxurious but good enough to feel comfortable. The pull out bed/couch has no support not really usable. Continental breakfast is good our kids loved using the workout room. Wish the pool had life jackets but it was nice. Good service

Very very poor internet - the worst I encountered in the past 15 years.

Good location if you need to be on the West side of Edmonton. Clean.

Value hotel with breakfast and good amenities included. Wifi was spotty. The pool and hot tub were packed every day with people so we did not get to enjoy. Nice fitness room that was not as busy. Underground parking was a nice feature with above ground parking mostly full. Friendly staff. Convenient for shopping and restaurants in close proximity and close to WEM.

Excellent hotel except the parking

I have no complaints about this place! Super clean and comfortable and staff works so hard! It was a great place for our family to stay while checking out the mall.

Customer service was excellent and the location meets our needs

The room was clean and secure. Everything good. When I checked in they wanted to charge me about $100 more than what I was quoted on Expedia. I’m the end it was reduced to $40 more than I was quoted.
