Good experience

It is a dry hotel no alcohol served. Rooms with windows only, not like pictures.

I find the staff extra friendly Specially the check in staff .... I got all my questions answered even from the non english speaking staff. The hotel staff can help you in planing a day activities and they are glade to help with the transport Vialand shopping center is a beautiful place to spend time and get a bite

Amazing, beautiful, peaceful, spiritual place! Staff is amazing, food is amazing, views are jaw dropping! Unforgettable 2 days. Spa, gym, entertainment for all ages truly an amazing hotel.

The hotel and your website guaranteed a quite stay during the booing stage . However , we could not get quite nights because of the dogs barking from evening to early morning . This was annoying and disturbing

We have a short family holiday, staff was so friendly and kind overall we enjoyed the hotel facilities (spa pool game room) we book lakeside room enjoyed the view of the lake

Odalar cok kücüktü. Yemek servisinde personel yetersizdi, masaya servis actirmak, icecek siparisi vermek icin beklemek zorunda kaldik. Ayrica ikinci gün otelde elektrikler kesildi, 3 saat kadar, odalarda sular akmadi, isitma sistemi calismadi, asansörler calismadi. Cay bile icemedik sucak su olmadigi icin.

I loved the location of the hotel

Great hotel located next to Lake Abant. All staff were super friendly and very helpful. Great place to take the family and enjoy the outdoors together. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Spa was nice. Gym was a little weak, but who cares when you can hike and run around the lake. Plenty of food options at the hotel or around the lake. The only (very) slight issue might be the lack of an English speaking staff, but don’t let that stop you from enjoying this famous hotel.

Otel 5 yıldız olmasina rağmen maalesef bunu pek hissetmiyor. Bunda pandeminin etkisi muhtemelen fazla. Çalışanların bazıları çok istekli ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Akşam yemegi dahil rezervasyon yapmıştık. Yemekte içeceklerin ücretli olması çok mantıksız. Sadece su veriliyor. Bize göre ödediğimiz parayı maalesef hak etmedi. Genel olarak hotel ve imkanları güzel.

Suit oda hizmeti alamadım normal oda hizmeti verildi

Temiz güzel otel. Standart oda biraz küçük ama iki kişiye yeterli. Tek çocuk varsa sıkıntı. Kahvaltı zengin, Yemekler lezzetli. Self servis ama açık büfe değil ki bu bile tercih edilme sebebi olabilir. Havuz temiz. Personel ilgili ve kibar.

Hafta sonu olduğu için kalabalıktı, otel biraz eski, ama genel olarak bir sorun yok.
