Location is perfect . Rooms needs bit of tlc .

When we arrived, woman at the reception said, that they don’t have my booking, although, I booked and paid it 2 weeks before check-in. Anyway, they gave us an another room but without the shower even without mentioning of compensation and excuses. Everything was terrible. Completely terrible. Don’t even consider this place for your stay. Never.

Hneď prvú noc problémy s ubytovaním. Toaletný papier už otvorený a v izbach bolo na apartmán strašné horko. Smradľavé a prepálené prádlo a použité tekuté najlacnejšie mydlo. Poloha super.

Zaplatila som si apartmán, hotel bol obsadený a teda po dohode má ubytovali v horšej izbe. Platila som za 2 noci 83,84€ . Čakala som teda, že mi rozdiel v cene dorovnaju. Tie izby (komunistické) stali 66eur. Ale nie. A pan majitel mi nebol ochotny ani vytlačiť doklad o zaplatení. Ževraj mi môže dať blok len na 66 eur. Nehorázne prístup a nikdy viac!!! Radšej sa ubytujem 30km od Prešova ako v tomto hoteli s takýmto prístupom. Ja za 20e neschudobniem, a vy pan majitel nezbohatnene. Zostala som sklamaná. Veľmi. Nikdy viac.

We were dissapointed with this apartment. We ordered luxury apartment for the family and got two separate rooms, one of which had bad smell. Beds were not comfortable. In receptoon they could not explain, why they cant give us luxury apatment.
