No closets, TV stand broken, bidet misplaced at the left side of the water closet, light @ CR broken, no table and trash bin in the room, food is expensive.

The resort is beautiful and very relaxing. Everything was good except for the unfriendly receptionist. We checked out last February 15, 2019. We appreciate that she entertained us at 5:30am for an early check out. We asked her if she could help us get a ride going out of the resort. She informed us that nobody else is awake and that it is safe to walk on the alleys going to the highway. We were reluctant and we tried convincing her to help us hail a tricycle ride but she insisted that we walk and just handed us our gatepass. She seemed very eager to check us out (and maybe to continue her sleep). When the security guard saw us walking, he immediately informed us to be careful since it was dark and there were stray dogs. Following the advice of the receptionist, we were confident that it is indeed safe. Halfway through the alley, six stray dogs circled and growled at us. It was not safe at all and was terribly frightening for us. Walking very slowly, we returned to the resort and the security guard was able to find us a driver. Something that the receptionist refused to do. What disappointed us is her lack of action and the wrong information she provided. It would have been better had she told us that it is not safe to walk out of the alley very early and to just check out on a later time so she could hail a ride for us. Because of the receptionist, we are not staying here again.

the receptionist during our early (5-ish) morning checkout (2/15/19) was unhelpful and not customer-friendly. your online system with agent is inefficient. bookings/payments through agent do not reflect in the hotel's system. guests need to email booking receipts. no transport arrangement options for guests who need to leave early in the morning.

I am happy with my stay, I love Traveloka, I love Bakasyunan.

For a simple getaway with a friend, this resort pretty much met our needs. A simple, clean bedroom with a clean bathroom (and hot showers!), a restaurant if you get hungry, and pools. The beach is very easy to access, and it's even more wonderful as we went when there were not much people. The staff are not overly friendly as other people might prefer, but they are very cordial and are prompt to assist. We did not try their other amenities such as mini golf, karaoke, billiards, however.

It was a nice staycation for 2 days. Nung unang araw, mejo abirya because yung aircon sa first room na napili namen is not in good condition so we need to transfer. Pero all and all. Maganda ang resort. Malinis. Super bait ng staff.

The many tiny jellyfish in the sea thats why we did not swim, but the swimming pools are great. The food was okay and very affordable .The room where we stayed that needs renovation. mosquitos at night. Super noise of the air conditioner. Im not sure with other rooms. Super away but its very close to the national highway so easy to find. Needs renovation of the beachfront rooms and t&b. The staffs were nice and helpful. you can swim up to 12 midnight at the pools and I like the warm water. Recommended for a big group guests.
