Nice onsen, with many hot spring (foot)足湯 at garden side relax. Convenient from airport to hotel, just get on airport bus within 45mins + 3mins walk arrived.

入住登記時才通知露天風呂進行維修, 只能使用室內大浴場, 真的十分沮喪和失望。幸好餐廳食物美味, 在享用懷石料理時, 服務員慇勤款待, 感覺非常良好。謝謝你們!

very good and valuable will stay again

從鹿兒島空港坐巴士去霧島很方便，酒店附近就有巴士站下車，行去温泉市場也很近。我們沒有在酒店訂晚餐，步行出去附近的燒肉廚房吃。酒店的早餐很豐富，房間殘舊廁所有臭味，酒店大堂晚上沒有職員。入住前沒有電郵通知露天温泉因維修関閉，只可以浸室內景觀温泉，但只是望山沒有什麼特別之處。

房間設施殘舊，廁所不時傳出陣陣臭味，員工對客人查詢不清楚回答，並且目特別是前台服務人員，完全不明月被評為一間4/5 星的酒店

房間寬敞，預定的房間可眺望櫻島火山，房內有腳部按摩機。預定時表示有 free wi fi，但原來只在counter lobby，酒店內任何地方都沒有wi fi，感覺被騙了。

日式房陳舊，温泉到11時關閉，早餐服務員態度差，廁所勇出惡臭味，淋浴間熱水開了等了20分鐘還未升温，被子太短，一米八的人蓋不了全身

價格合理,整體設施幾好,自助早餐食物味道不俗,房間WIFI接收較差.

The staff is nice. The hot spring is good and the room is big. But the room is a little bit old and some insect may climb into the room. The taste of dinner and breakfast is fair.

整體感覺良好，適合自駕遊。早餐豐富。到日本旅遊數次，首次有酒店服務員會說廣東話，感到友善親切。

展望大浴場未有開放，可惜可惜。不過而以這個價錢就超價了!露天風呂很好。職員很友善，風景很好。 不錯不錯

正值打風，要經過山林小路。架車前往很危險。酒店環境舒適，但有點舊。房間冷氣不夠強，可能秋冬來這裡會更好。

It is a quite nice place for short stay if you like onsen. Even without a car, the bus stop is near to the entrance. Rooms are big enough and with traditional renovation, plus casement window which gives nice view. The bathroom, however, is just fine in terms of sanitary, while everyone won't use them but the hot bath or onsen. Something to note about the location, sulphur smell is inevitable in Kirishima since volcano and onsen exist. Make sure your travel companions are okay with that.
