Incredible friendly staff

The decor was amazing. It appears a few upgrades were made since the last time I visited years ago. The bartender was phenomenal. Actually, the best meal was at the bar. Try the catfish tacos. Rooms were spacious and clean. The property was also clean and safe. Very convenient and accommodating to Interstate Access.

Nice hotel, very helpful valet, very hardworking bellman. I thought the check in person could have been more friendly. The lights in the bathroom were flickering the whole stay. But other than that, very nice hotel and pool.

Didnt quite understand their water/energy conservation program. Got 1 drink voucher for 1 person when agreeing to skip housekeeping bed linen & towel change for what I thought was every other day but they didnt attempt a cleaning until the last day of our 4 night - 5 day stay. I had to request clean towels on the 3rd day twice before they showed up in plastc bags outside our door and did not pick up the dirty ones. We had to gather them up & leave them outside our door. We never had the "do not disturb" sign on. It was just a little confusing.

Liked how close it was to Graceland. Liked the extra security in the parking lot. Staff helpful and friendly. Very clean. One thing i didn't like was the area when you walked out the one door on way to the pool you ran into a haze of fowl smoke from the smokers who are allowed to smoke in back by shuffleboard. We couldn't use this area due to them.

I have always enjoyed staying at the Guesthouse. The service and cleanliness is always excellent. It is definitely a must stay for people

I always love staying at the guest house at Graceland ! It’s truly a beautiful hotel . We wished the pool was open until 11 , but that’s the only thing I can think of . Breakfast at the cafe was great . Would recommend .

I have stayed her a few times and it never disappoints, it’s walking distance to Graceland and all the amenities, The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, Even if l wasn’t going to Graceland l would stay here, l highly recommend it

Für uns war die dieses Hotel perfekt. 5 Gehminuten nach Graceland. Das Hotel ist in einem Top Zustand. Der Pool ist bis 22 Uhr geöffnet und wurde jeden Tag genutzt. Was im Hotel sehr negativ aufgefallen ist, ist die Unfreundlichkeit der Mietarbeiter. Gerade in der Lobby fühlt man sich als Gast nicht willkommen. Negativ muss man auch die Umgebung erwähnen. Der Elvis Presley Boulevard befindet sich in einem desaströsen und heruntergekommenen Zustand. Leider sieht es in vielen Bereichen von Memphis so aus. Memphis gilt als gefährlichste Stadt in den USA. Deshalb empfehle ich ausschließlich Ausflüge Richtung Beale Street am Tag. Trotz einiger Kritikpunkte würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen. In der Nähe von Graceland ist es konkurrenzlos…

Perfect in every way

This was a great hotel to stay at, especially if you are going to Graceland. They have shuttles every half hour to take you to Graceland. They show an Elvis movie every night in their theater. There is Elvis music everywhere. The TV has many channels, but 2 are dedicated to Elvis - one shows the 68 comeback continously and the other Elvis in Hawaii. We will definitely stay here again!
