Chambre impeccable Le personnel très sympathique et tout le reste est très bien

False advertising - paid extra for a room with a fireplace… Upon entering the room was informed that it’s actually just a picture/decoration. There was no tea or coffee in the room, and it had not been properly cleaned. The amenities were severely lacking, heating/AC and all wall plug outlets did not work. Restaurant hours were displayed incorrectly on their websites, and I was wrongly informed of them upon check-in (so, when I went downstairs to their only on-site place, they were no longer serving food)… I then had to go to the bar, where I just barely managed to order some food, last minute… The salad that they brought out was disgusting, soggy, had old mouldy pieces of fruit and veg in it… Additionally, the chicken that was served with the meal (which I also needed to pay extra for) was dry and burnt, and completely inedible - after a long day of travelling, this was rather upsetting! Yet, despite this - the server would not remove the overcharge from my bill…? Then, after the extremely disappointing meal (which the server actually took away and threw in the trash before I could even finish eating it) I was loudly asked by the bartender to give a larger tip… I felt as though I was being publicly shamed and embarrassed in front of the other patrons (because apparently my tip wasn’t big enough for them), even in spite of everything that I had dealt with (regarding the awful food and the negative customer service)… Not a good hotel room - not a good place to stay or eat?!

Great bar, friendly staff, restaurent was ok and pricey for what it is, noisey rooms

La chambre était propre et super belle . Le restaurant les palmes est succulent .

Le personnel est impatient, veulent me charger des frais supplémentaires pour les enfants mais sur expidia il y a aucune différence de prix qu'on soient 2 ou 4.

Cet hôtel est vraiment fait pour de jeune famille je trouve. Cela était très, mais très bruyant. Notre chambre donnait tout près de la piscine et les enfants couraient jusqu’à très tard le soir. Nous n’avons pas pu nous endormir avant 0h00. La piscine était sale et gluante dans le fond. Le déjeuner, au restaurant La palmes était vraiment délicieux et dans les prix. C’est notre coup de cœur de notre séjour.

Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est. Bruyant, désuet, mal entretenu. Nourriture très moyenne et chère. Le personnel est gentil cependant.

I stayed for two nights at this hotel and they said there is no room cleaning the first night or they can do it for a 25$ fee. Hotel policy... The restaurant's menu for the new year was much overpriced and the food quality and portions far from meeting expectatiions for this price. The hotel is hotel and needs renovations soon.

C'était parfait, propre et les commodités

Installations qui auraient besoin d’amour, céramique cassée sur les murs de la douche, mobilier vieux, mais propre.

Wow! J’adore tout de cet hôtel! Petite terrasse avec porte patio tellement agréable, vue sur l’intérieur, resto et jardins. Très propre. Restaurant excellent. C’est comme un séjour dans le sud ( juste trop court).

Habitación super limpia y olorosa, personal muy atento y agradable
