Location is nice. Thats the only good thing about the place.

The room had no ventilation and the A/C did not work. They had no fans available.

The location was great, breakfast was terrific. The view from the breakfast room was lovely. staff was friendly. This hotel surpassed my expectation in every way.

Everything was very good, apart from a very bad smell in the bathro

Staff: friendly and welcoming at front desk, good impression. Single room: clean, everything necessary, bed, desk & chair, wardrobe space, TV working, bedside table. Mattress comfortable, choice of soft/firm pillows, clean linen. Own bathroom; spotless, small bath, shower, toilet, sink, well-lit. Temperature comfortable. Little noise from corridors at night, despite children staying at the hotel. Good night's sleep. Breakfast in a beautiful, light-filled room overlooking the main square. Excellent choice of hot or cold foods and drinks, yoghurts, self-service buffet. Overall a very comfortable, surprisingly quiet (end of January) and pleasant place to stay, with an incredibly central location. Would definitely repeat if in Valencia again! Muchas gracias, Tom

Hôtel en centre ville à 3 minutes de la gare du nord et au pied d'une station de taxis. Accueil chaleureux, chambres classiques, petit déjeuner de belle qualité (bien que proposé un peu tard, à 8H seulement), servi dans une pièce spacieuse. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Shower didnt work however they did rectify this by the end of the day. Maintenance work was going on in the room oppposite for.the 2 whole days we stayed and it was impossible to.take a.rest during the day.

Great check in. Room as requested. Grapes etc provided to celebrate New Year. Staff in general lovely. Perfect for what we wanted to celebrate in València.

Great hotel. Be aware of the noose if you choose a room facing the sides streets and main street.

La cama fue cómoda. El personal en recepción están bastante simpáticos y se atienden bien. Había bastante ruido en el pasillo temprano. La calefacción funciona pero no caliente la habitación bien con 30 grados puesto. El ocio del hotel es bastante central en el corazón del Valencia.

Las habitaciones súper cómodas, descansamos súper bien, agua calientita, ubicación espectacular, trajimos coche y nos quedamos en un parking a media calle, súper recomendado.

Colchones y almohadas muy incómodas… está en pleno centro, pero si está muy incómodo los cuartos. Le falta mantenimiento a los cuartos, se caí la malla de mi regadera
