The staff were friendly and helpful. They served an excellent Thai menu which we weren’t expecting which was delicious. The room was comfy too!

Hotellet är inget för rörelsehindrade eller personer som eftersträvar högsta bekvämlighet - däremot kan det rekommenderas till personer som söker ett genuint brittiskt ställe med karaktär.

The staff were as helpful land amazing as possible - bent over backwards with helping us. Exceptional food and charming chef. Fun bar and all together an amazing, amazing experience - cannot recommend enough

Very tricky staircases, steps and weird landings. Not suitable for any larger luggage than a backpack...

Peppery was basic but clean, staff were all friendl and helpful. The only problem we encountered was the bathroom door lock kept sticking

Authentic english In, great atmosphere and super helpful staff. The room was spacious and always clean. Easy to commute to the city centre. Took a bit of time to manage the shower but it worked in the end. Highly recommended for people that want to enjoy an authentic experience!

The room was fine, basic. The bathroom was across the hallway, not convenient - especially for a female traveling alone. The key was very sticky so I spent a couple of minutes in the hallway jiggling the key trying to get into ‘my’ bathroom.

Great spot close to Twickenham and Twickenham Stoop. Lively bar with a nice atmosphere. Small miss-hap with my payment as I made it part in cash, but it was sorted quickly and professionally. Bargain price for the area and a good (included!) breakfast. Main improvement I would make is a bathroom refurb in the rooms - was clean but very worn.

Loved the idea of staying at an Inn with a pub and it did not disappoint. Lovely staff, great pub atmosphere and very tasty Thai food choices. A basic but good continental breakfast included. Clean room, not soundproof but within expectations. Narrow stairway may be a challenge for those with mobility challenges.

Flies in the orange juice at breakfast. Cooked brekkie or poor quality. Sawsajjes almost raw, very noisy as in Heathrow flight path. Not their fault obvs. Good smart telly in room, large rooms, cheap but bar was quite sad, sticky carpets. Staff were but clueless and coffee in morning was just freeze dried. Poor show. But cheap so not badwas ju

This is a charming little inn over a pub withing walking distance to the other dining and shopping options. We stayed for a one night layover. The staff is very friendly an accomodating.

Clean, relatively spacious room in a lovely part of London. Liked that it was above a pub!

I stayed at the Swan Inn with my family for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed walking along the river and walked to Kew Gardens for a day out. We ate in the pub both nights as the Thau food was very good.

We liked the fact that it was an old pub, Inn so we could experience this type of Inn instead of the newer, in the city, places that we usually stay. They were nice and helpful.
