我入住的房间（按要求安排了海景房）可能已经空置了一段时间。一进房间我就发现浴室里只有一条浴巾，没有地垫、没有卫生纸，也没有其他毛巾。我向客房服务部提出这些要求，他们派人过来送来了。冰箱也坏了，所以他们第二天派人过来更换了。此外，电水壶看起来像是有人用它泡过茶（第二天早上我在电水壶里发现了四个用过的茶包）。我又要求更换电水壶，结果换了两次才修好。洗手液瓶子几乎都是空的，而且看起来他们每天打扫房间的时候根本没检查过。我住了五晚，他们似乎一次都没检查过洗手液瓶子是否需要补充。 早餐还不错，但是一定要早点去。如果你去晚了（早上9点以后），大部分好吃的就都没了。总的来说，这家酒店似乎名过其实。如果我再来美里，我想我会选择另一家酒店。

My sea view room wasn’t ready yet. The staff kindly offered me an upgraded room with a city view on a higher floor, and I accepted. The room was incredibly spacious, but unfortunately, it felt a bit neglected. Perhaps it was a backup room? I noticed hair on the floor and even a false eyelash stuck to the mirror. When I pulled back the curtains, dust particles floated in the air, and the windows were dirty, dusty, and even starting to show signs of mold. There were also hair remnants in the bathtub drain. For a hotel of this caliber, I believe more attention should be given to room cleanliness. However, what really impressed me was the excellent customer service. The front desk staff were polite, informative, and offered helpful solutions when my original room wasn’t ready. When I requested extra soap from housekeeping (it might have been missed during the previous refill), they went the extra mile by providing additional water and extra condiments like tea and coffee. The hotel facilities were outstanding—an amazing pool with both city and ocean views, friendly staff, a fully equipped gym, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and clean bathing areas—everything was perfect. And the food? Absolutely fantastic! There was a wide variety of dishes, all delicious. You can check @shbrzt for another pictures and I recommend going early in the morning with an empty stomach to fully enjoy it. I will definitely return! Hopefully, they’ll improve the room cleanliness by then.

1. Greatest view ever from room 2015. Will come again anytime soon. Except that the window needs to be washed frequently to get the best view, but for me it is exceptional for the best view of the city, the river, and the sea. 2. The meal is good except the cucumber is quite dry. The rest is okay. 9.5/10 rating.

The hotel was up to standard. View from the room was great and the swimming pool had warm water. However they charge for the airport shuttle and it came 2 hours late after multiple calls.

The hotel has a really fantastic view of the beach, river and city - a rare 3 in 1 scenery. The room we stayed was clean and nicely decorated. The location is also very convenient. It is right in the middle of Miri city. Walking distance from Permaisuri Imperial City Mall, Boulevard Hypermarket and Miri Time Square. There are many food stalls, restaurants and cafe surrounding the area. Services were excellent. Staff are friendly. We had a miscommunication for our chef table dinner at 24th floor but it was promptly coordinated by the Relation Manager (didn't get her name) and the dinner was re-arranged on the next day. Many thanks to the friendly and hardworking staff there namely Azreen (F&B Manager), Catherine (Pullman Club), Alex (Duty Manager), Mahathir (Restaurant Manger) and many other friendly staff we met there. We had an enjoyable stay at Pullman Miri Waterfront. Will definitely stay there again if we visit Miri next time.

I had pleasant stay in pullman, the room was spacious and its worth it with what I paid.

Always be our family choice of stay everytime travelling to Miri. But during the last stay: 1. Public Restroom for ladies was awful. 2 . Restaurant too crowded, run out of cup and other eating utensils

when I check in around 1.30 pm, the room for king size bed is not ready yet, only have 2 single bed.then there ask for coming back around 3.30pm. so my kid have to sleep inside the car.
