Hotel dengan nuansa alam dekat dengan MBS. Kolam renang ada 2, ada tap water jadi aman tidak dehidrasi. Di lobi ada petugas untuk menyimpan barang, kalau jam check in masih lama bisa titip. Resepsionis di lantai 12, depan meja resepsionis ada tempat santai.

Hotel bagus, ada tap water dalam kamar. Lokasi strategis, dekat dengan Stasiun MRT Tanjong Pagar.

Other than the fact that the lift structure is not conventional, really nothing to nitpick. Great location, great food at L1, great stay.

Service is perhaps a tad lacking as compared to a 5 star hotel. But nonetheless quite a great hotel to stay in. If there 's HDMI port in the room would be perfect.

Strongly recommend to book club room, specially thanks to Ms. Xiao for going extra mile to change from twin room to king room for me. A little disappointed that the check in was not dedicated at L21 but at L12.

I was sent a bill from housekeeping for laundry, which I didn't. On top of that, during the cocktail hours at the club lounge, a lady staff was asking for feedback. When told the food selection was sad, she reacted with a loud “how could you say our club is sad?”. With only a sandwich, a breaded prawn and one salad as ginger food for club, that ' s really not the most impressive as compared to other hotels. Besides, she only seemed interested to chat and not cleared the plates or glasses on the table while she walked around. Most “interesting” character I have encountered in my life. Btw, I didn't give 4 stars, I wonder how did that happen.

Super disappointing service that ruined the trip. Do not recommend. Stayed at Club Room and it was not worth the price tag. Hope to save some of you your money. The view is great, the room is alright, the service will make you regret ever booking with them.

First time been to a hotel without a bidet in the room washroom. Booked a club room with club privileges. The lounge has some snacks and drinks offered to guests with club privileges. During check-in, the hotel staff initially did not inform us that if we were to have our breakfast at the lounge, it would be free-flow. We went to the marmalade pantry for our breakfast and if we were to order another serving of the main, we would need to pay an additional $15. Until when we went to the lounge and check with the staff then we found out on the free-flow breakfast. Another thing is that the TV in the room was horrible. It lagged like nobody's business. First time encounter a super lagged TV in a hotel, the built-in youtube app isn't responsive. The room is quite dusty. Also, the waiting time for the lift was pretty long and especially we had to take the lift to level 21 before we could change to another lift to go up to our room at level 22. On the other hand, had to thank the staff for the happy birthday printing and a small cupcake. Overall we personally find that for the price paid, we could get a better quality hotel staycation at somewhere else than here.

The staff were all very nice and friendly, service was excellent, however the hotel feels a little dated. The water tight seal in our shower area was not tight at all, so there will be a small pool of water in our toilet after every shower. There was also no chromecast or screen share despite it being a smart TV. Only youtube was available and TV channels were quite limited. The swimming pool was very small and quite dirty because it was kind of hidden under the plants and leaves on the building. So there wasn't much sunlight either. Probably won't stay here again unless I'm going for the club room which gives me access to a better pool.

The staff were very accommodating of our requests. On the day of check-in, my friends and I were setting up some decorations for me to propose to my girlfriend (now fiancee). I was unaware that permission was required for us to use the common areas at sky terrace, but the staffs were accommodating and allowed me to carry on with my plans. The room was cozy and clean, toilet was spacious and well lit with a huge bathroom mirror-perfect for selfies. The location was centrally located, with a lot of good food around the area too.

My stay at the Oasia was great! Loved the free upgrade to a Club Room on the 22nd floor. It was so peaceful and quiet for resting at night. Every staff member I encountered was very polite and eager to help. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Singapore.

It was an awesome staycation! Perfect to unplug and recharge.

It was my birthday before the check in and the hotel presented me with a box of chocolates during check in. Pleasantly surprised at their kind gesture. Check in and check out process was really smooth.
